In Vladivostok, the court overturned the arrest order for an Open Russia activist

In Vladivostok, the Primorsky Regional Court overturned the arrest order of Open Russia activist Andrei Yarotsky. This was reported in the movement’s Telegram channel.

Today the activist is due to be released.

On June 14, Andrei Yarotsky was arrested for 15 days, accused of disobeying the legal request of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The coordinator of Navalny's local headquarters, Vladimir Dubovsky, was also found guilty of this article, and the court sentenced him to 25 days of arrest.

On June 12, police and employees of the Center for Countering Extremismdisrupted the opening of a new branch of the Open Russia movement in Vladivostok. Five people were detained, including Dubovsky and Yarotsky. According to the deputy coordinator of the headquarters, Nikita Panfilov, the police acted harshly.
