Irkutsk mayor Dmitry Berdnikov starred in the film “321st Siberian”, dedicated to people who went to the front from the Irkutsk region, Buryatia and the Trans-Baikal Territory as part of the Siberian Division. He played the role of the Soviet officer.

“On June 22, we recall the dead on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War,” said Dmitry Berdnikov. -He felt the atmosphere of those days during the filming of the truly folk film “321st Siberian”. The creation of a picture in the Irkutsk region is carried out for exclusively voluntary donations. The film about our grandfathers who went to the front from the Irkutsk region, Buryatia and the Trans -Baikal Territory as part of the Siberian Division, ”Berdnikov wrote on his Facebook page.

In the film, the director of which was Solbon Lygdenov, unprofessional actors who passed the castings in Ulan-Ude, Irkutsk and Chita are shot. Some users of social networks believe that the form of Berdnikov resembles the shape of the NKVD fighters.
