Denisova: Baluha was returned to Razdolnensky IVS

The Ukrainian activist Vladimir Balukh was returned from the Simferopol SIZO-1 to the IVS Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Razdolnensky district of the annexed Crimea. In this insulator, he is subjected to bullying and humiliation on a national basis by the head of the IVS, Valery Tkachenko, the Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova said .

Denisov did not explain the reason for the transfer of Politzek to the IVS Denisov. According to the Russian law, the accused can be taken out of the pre -trial detention center to the IVS for no more than 10 days to carry out investigative actions with them. According to Denisova, the Baluha is threatened to place in the "penalty area" (probably in a punishment cell - a schizot is only in the colonies).

Now in the control of Russia, the Razdolnensky district court, the case of an attack on Tkachenko, fabricated against Baluh, is considered. Balukh said that Tkachenko began to mock him back in 2015, when the activist first got into the IVS on a fabricated protocol on disobedience to the police. The beating of Baluha Tkachenko, which occurred on August 11, 2017, formed the basis of the third case against the Politzek.

Denisova recalled that Baluh was starving on the 98th day and on Friday tightened the hunger strike, completely abandoning food. "During the hunger strike, Balukh lost 30 kilograms of weight. This poses a huge threat to his life!" - wrote the Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman called on the head of the International Red Cross office in Simferopol Pierre-Emmanuel Ducrue and the head of the regional delegation of the ICRC in Russia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine Magna Barta to visit the Baluha as quickly as possible and provide him with medical care.

"I urge all involved who can solve this issue in the Russian Federation, provide me with access to Oleg Sentsov, Vladimir Baluhu, Alexander Kolchenko, Stanislav Klyhu," Denisova concludes. So far, the Ombudsman has not allowed any of the Ukrainian political zones in Russia.

Baluh held a full hunger strike from March 12, and from April 19 he switched to partial. He again completely abandoned food due to the intensified pressure of the Fsinists in him in the Simferopol pre-trial detention center.
