The decision to extend the test term for Navalny appeared in an electronic database about half an hour after the judge of the Simonovsky court retired to the deliberation room. According to the base, the decision was satisfied.

After 10 minutes, the decision was removed from the base. The press secretary of the Simonovsky court, Viktor Vasiliev, called the incident.
Context
On Monday, the Simonovsky court, at the request of the FSIN, extended the trial period for Navalny in connection with a violation of the procedure and conditions for serving a test deadline. After the sentence in the Kirovles case, the politician was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility.
Navalny’s test period was extended until mid -2019, the opposition will have to be in the inspection four times a month.
Russian courts have repeatedly accused that decisions on politically significant processes are lowered by the executive authorities. Such incidents add arguments to critics of the judicial system.
