The prosecutor's office asked for a participant in the rally of Navalny’s supporters on June 12, 2017 in St. Petersburg Dmitry Myakshin to two years in prison with the same probationary period. This was reported on the website "Zaks.ru".
During the debate held on June 26 in the Dzerzhinsky District Court, the activist’s lawyers asked him to justify him.
According to investigators, Myakshin knocked out the tooth to the PPS inspector Vyacheslav Pugachev. According to the policeman, the young man hit him with his fist in the face.
In the video, imprinting the moment of the collision of Myakshin and Pugachev, it is clear that the meakshin, jumping from a high parapet, fell on the police. The young man states that in this way Pugachev was injured - intentionally, the meakshin did not beat him.
In April, Myakshin stated that he was disappointed in protest and joined the “Young Guard” of United Russia.
