In the Primorsky Territory, a Navalny supporter was detained after being released from a special detention center

The coordinator of the Vladivostok headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Vladimir Dubovsky, was detained immediately after he left the special detention center in the city of Artyom in the Primorsky Territory, where he was serving his arrest. This was reported in the group “Team Navalny. Vladivostok" on the social network "VKontakte".

The comrades who came to meet Dubovsky from the special detention center saw only a car driving away from the building. At first, the head of the institution said that the activist was taken to Vladivostok. Then the employees of the special detention center began to say that Dubovsky was in one of the Artyom police departments.

Earlier it was reported that Dubovsky was given 25 days of arrest under two protocols under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer). But this information turned out to be incorrect - Dubovsky was given 15 days under the first protocol, and five days under the second. Later, the activist filed a complaint against these decisions and the arrest under the second protocol was canceled. Thus, Dubovsky served 15 days of arrest.

On June 14, the Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok arrested the head of the regional branch of Open Russia, Andrei Yarotsky, for 15 days under Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On June 22, this decision was reversed .

On June 12, police and employees of the Center for Countering Extremismdisrupted the opening of a new branch of the Open Russia movement in Vladivostok. Five people were detained, including Dubovsky and Yarotsky. According to the deputy coordinator of the headquarters, Nikita Panfilov, the police acted harshly.

UPD 14:54 Dubovsky's girlfriend told activists of Navalny's headquarters in Vladivostok that he is in the third police department of the city of Artyom, where an administrative report is being drawn up against him for an audio recording posted on a page on VKontakte.
