
Judge of the Basmanniye Court of Moscow Galina Galfova arrested the co -founder and leader of the Black Bloc Vladimir Ratnikov (real name Komarnitsky) for two months - until August 26 - in the case of extremism. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces".
With a petition for the arrest of the activist, the senior investigator for particularly important cases of the 1st department of the investigation of crimes related to the use of prohibited funds and methods of warfare ("Ukrainian" management), the Central apparatus of the Investigative Committee, Ilya Nastrov, filed a court.

On Wednesday, Ratnikov was charged under Part 1 of Article 282.1 (organization of an extremist community; from 6 to 10 years of colony), part 2 of article 280 (public calls for extremism; up to 5 years), two episodes qualified under paragraph 2 of Article 282 (excitement of hatred or hostility in the current version - from 3 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 to 6 years), and in part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (calls to riots; up to 2 years).

According to the Fabul of the prosecution under Article 282.1, Ratnikov, no later than July 25, 2015, acted as the organizer of the Black Bloc. Other articles to the activist were imputed both for publications on VKontakte and for chanting for rallies in the megaphone of prohibited river “Russia for Russians” and “Orthodoxy or death”.
Politzek does not admit guilt and refuses to testify.
Ratnikov, who graduated from the Institute of Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Law Academy this year, was detained on Tuesday after the search . A certain symbols, leaflets, a stationary computer, a tablet, flash drives, clothes and manuscripts were seized from an oppositionist. Next, Ratnikov was taken away by car without numbers. The next day, on Wednesday, Makarov was questioned in the TFR in the status of a witness in the Ratnikov case.
Meanwhile, the following message appeared on the Black Bloc's VK page on June 27: "In connection with the latest events, something called" Black Bloc "in the Russian Federation ceases to exist." All other records from the account are deleted.
In the past, Ratnikov was the leader of the metropolitan league of the Committee "Nation and Freedom" and headed the "Russian Liberation Front" "Memory". In March of this year, the activist was detained by the representative office of the European Union in Russia, when he and his colleagues in the Black Bloc tried to transfer a letter there not to recognize the results of the presidential election. On May 1, Ratnikov and several more people were detained at the conference of nationalists . On May 13, an activist with the symbol of the Black Bloc was seized at the entrance to the agreed rally "For Free Internet".
On June 12, strangers in civilians were on duty at the house of Ratnikov, whom the activist himself considered the CPE operatives.
On September 27, 2016, Ratnikov was convicted by the year on the publication on VKontakte in 2011, still minors, songs of ultra-right rock bands Kolovrat and Bang of Moscow. However, the Moscow City Court abolished the verdict and returned the case to a second consideration to the Gagarinsky district court. On March 12 of this year, according to the results of the new process, Ratnikov was appointed 160 hours of compulsory work.
