In the Kirov region, the teacher of the game in the Bayan received a deadline for sexual violence against students

In the Kirov region, a 58-year-old teacher of the local art school was a pedophile and was under trial. For sexual violence against minor students, the teacher will go to bars for eight years.

The teacher was found guilty of committing a sexual violence against persons who have not reached the age of 14 (paragraph "b" of part 4 of article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The court sentenced him to eight years in prison.

The convicted person pleaded guilty, according to the website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov Region. In the same message it is emphasized that the court verdict did not enter into legal force.

During the investigation, the accused passed a comprehensive sex-psychological and psychiatric examination. The results of the study showed that a man suffers from a disorder of sexual preference in the form of pedophilia.

Several students with their legal representatives in the spring of 2017 complained to law enforcement agencies at the teacher. After conducting a pre -investigation, a criminal case was opened.

A man suffering from pedophilia worked at the Children's Art School as a teacher in the Bayan and Synthesizer class. As investigators found out, from September 2015 to April 2017, the teacher committed a "sexual nature" in relation to his students and other students of the school. All children who have been abused were not 14 years old.

The day before, the detention of a 32-year-old coach of the Basketball Sports School on suspicion of intimate communication with a minor student was reported in Moscow. A criminal case was opened against the detainee under Part 3 of Art. 134 of the Criminal Code (sexual intercourse and other sexual actions with a person who has not reached 14 years).
