"New" has already talked about the resident of the village of Zavolny Yuri Mosolov (see No. 55 of May 28, 2018): a 57-year-old man needed an operation on his leg. In the regional clinic in Saratov, the patient was ordered to go to the Rivne district, since by law urgent surgical interventions should be carried out at the place of residence. It was impossible to do an operation in the district hospital, since there is no anesthesiologist for more than a year. The villager turned to reporters for help. The patient was accepted in the Engels City Hospital No. 1. It was not possible to save the leg.
Having discovered after amputation, Mosolov was forced to independently get from Engels to his village, where public transport does not go. To issue disability and pension, you need to go more than once 25 kilometers to the district center and to Saratov. A social worker who would help a disabled person will be assigned only after the preferential status is approved - if the queue reaches.

Yuri Yuryevich is waiting for us at the gate. The ruts on the rural street - knee -deep. “In the summer I will advance here and on one leg. And in winter, the tractor does not drive every day, ”says Mosolov and smiles. Having survived the months of pain and amputation, he did not forgot how to laugh at gloomy circumstances.
White lilac blooms in the yard. In the booth, curled up, lies a ball, too small for a guard dog. “And the big eats a lot,” the owner explains. For the sake of photography, he dressed up in a blue shirt. The shirt, however, was bought for a long time and is now large to size. From the transistor on the porch, it crackles: "Time-Po-Po-Walking ...".
Yuri Yuryevich, diligently rearranging the crutches, rises along the wooden steps. A former brigadier who once broke his leg gave him crutches. Judging by the appearance, the worn wooden rehabilitation means of Mosolov are not very suitable in height and weight. He studied himself to use crutches.
“I fell twice. He was forgotten: when he opened the door, he reached out with his left hand. The leg is felt as if standing-Yuri Yuryevich stuck with a crutch. “She is not, but she hurts.” Sometimes so pulls, almost sparks from the eyes! Or, worse, the heel itches. ”
Anesthetic pills were brought to him by a farmer, from whom Mosolov worked on a tractor.
The man is slowly sitting down on a chair. Leads the crutches to the table, encountering an ashtray. “Because of Kurev, everything happened, so doctors told me in Engels. For the nurse’s operation, I have fun: what, yur, do you want a cigarette? And the surgeon answers because of the partition: let him smoke, he has another leg and two hands remained. ”

In the Engels hospital, a patient with Gangrene was placed in the ward for four. They gave out bedding, put on food. “Food - nothing, it will go, not at home. Porridge was given when potatoes. "
None of the medical authorities apologized to the patient, who had to seek a vital surgery with the help of the press. “The surgeon asked me: what is it all called about you? I answer him: injustice happened. If the newspaper did not help to get to the hospital, what would happen to me? ” Once a young man entered the ward, introduced himself as an employee of the prosecutor's office. “I told him everything as you told you. I don’t know what he wrote, I only signed at the end of the piece of paper. ”
Ten days later, Mosolov was discharged. “They rolled me out of the building in a hospital stroller. And then should I jump on foot? ” From Engels to the twentieth - almost 80 kilometers. There is no public transport in the village - twice a week the intercity Gazelle calls here. A person who has recently suffered amputation of the leg will simply not climb into it. Yuri called his sister living in Petrovsk (120 kilometers from Engels). Relatives took him home.

Mosolov from the age of 18 worked at the state farm by a twisted machine operator. In the warm season, from sowing to the harvester, I got up at 4.00 in the morning, returned home at 23.00, and there it is still waiting for its household. “We were nimble once, jumped from the tractors. And now all our men are tormented with their feet, with the back, ”says Yuri. -In the 1990s, there was no salary. How did you survive? Sometimes meat was given to the pay. In 2003, the state farm completely closed. ”
Mosolov went on plantations to private traders-vegetables. He laid the film, plowed, harrowed, cultivated. “And with my hands I had to work on landing and at the assembly. Tomatoes were collected from 7.00 to 17.00 per day. They paid 800 rubles ... "
“But now the owners are trying to bring more workers from Kyrgyzstan. And where to go? Vakhta to Moscow. How many families diverged because of this. ”
Yuri's wife also left. Without warning her husband, she sold the house that, when privatizing state farm housing, was issued for her. Maybe this is not very according to the law, but the machine operator, as he says, is "not a walker in the courts." He was sheltered by a cousin Sergey. In winter, Yuri lived with him. In the summer - with the employer (a neighbor who owns several tractors). “And this year I was not lucky,” he says, stroking the crutches with his fingers.

In the kitchen of the Mosolovs - a small stove lined with blue tiles. There is no gas in the house, you need to drown with firewood. “If you came across a fine without discharge in the forest.” Former fruit and berry plantations of the state farm help out. Once, right behind the fence, the apple garden began. Raspberries, cherries, gooseberries grew. They crushed juice and even made wine. Now the abandoned garden is uprooted, the blocks are disassembled for furnaces.
I talk about the legislative novels that allow citizens to collect a lobby for free and impunity. Yuri Yuryevich childishly claps his hands: “Oh, so much is lying in plantings! There is enough for a few winters! ”
Mosolov needs a lot. The neighbors who lived in the second half of the house moved to the city. In the summer, vegetable breeders who came from Kyrgyzstan settle in a free apartment. In winter, they leave, the room is empty. “The wall is thin,” the interlocutor shows his fingers the thickness of the shelter, “freezes. We have to drown twice a day. ” Mosolov tells how cleverly he and his brother were controlled by a two -handed saw. Suddenly falls silent and turns away.
There are buckets on the table. There is no water supply in the house. Brother Sergey in the morning, before going to work, brings a supply of water, products from the rural "lump". Whether a disabled person will be able to prepare firewood and products for the winter is unknown. Nobody came to him from the village council and the interview.

Mosolov visits a paramedic several times a week, makes dressings. The rural FAP cannot issue certificates necessary for disability. Behind every piece of paper, a person who has lost his leg must dangle to the district center.
“I went to the surgeon. On an X -ray. On Wednesday, it is necessary for tests. Then to the therapist. Why is it? I’m only from the hospital, I have already been examined! They want to make sure that the new leg has not grown? ”
Having collected a package of documents, Mosolov will have to go for 100 kilometers for a medical and social examination. Then - again in an even one to get to the district branch of the Pension Fund.
The pet was once called Varenburg. This is a former German colony. In the middle of the village there is a huge Kirkh without a roof. Nearby is the local “White House” (he is really white). Above the entrance, two red signs of the Council and the administration of the Priolnensky MO are crowded and one blue - the district police station. A brilliant lock hangs on the door.
We cross the intersection, knock on a long one -story red brick building. The plate says "district hospital". Once there were doctors, a hospital and even a hospital. In the 1990s, the hospital was reorganized into an outpatient clinic. Since 2007, only FAP remained.
“Only quietly,” - Catherine’s nurse puts her finger to her lips. In the corridor, her eleven -month -old granddaughter is sleeping in a stroller (parents work in the city). It smells of stewed potatoes. While there are no patients, Katya stirns lunch on the tile.

The building is like a museum: high ceilings, floors from wide boards, thick doors with forged bumps, a muddy room (there is a water supply here, but at the moment all the water is in a puddle in front of the gate, the pipes in the village have not changed since Soviet times). “The Germans built the hospital 150 years ago. The village council, school is all antiques, ”the orderly says. She also lives in a “tourist” facility - the Pastor house (it can be found out from afar by goal with a brick arch). It happens that the descendants of the colonists from Germany come to her who come to look at the former Varenburg. “We have a good cellar. The Germans stored cheeses in it. A few years ago, a cow in the courtyard of a hoof pierced the hole in the ground. They began to dig. It turned out - the drain pit. How new. The brick is laid out. "
The family of Catherine moved here in the middle of the zero from Uzbekistan. “I lived in the city for forty years. Swede was a craneler. Bekobad is an industrial center. When I got into the village, I cried for three years. ”
The work for doctors in the additive is enough thanks to the Kyrgyz vegetable growers. “Families have five or six children. Many pregnant women. Our paramedic sometimes travels three to four times per night to calls. Lights in the village are standing. But sometimes one is on the street. And the roads - well, what are there. ” Patients are taken in two offices. They also look like a museum, but Soviet life: polished tables, an iron book regiment, a poster drawn by hand on the benefits of hardening.
In the yard, a bicycle is parking from a call, a paramedic Zauresh Kuzhanov. “You don’t take off our FAP! Opposite the site near Kirkha, this year, the construction of a new modular building will begin, ”Zauresh worries and goes out the door with a cell phone in his hands.
The paramedic and the orderly put forward the table: “Today we have something to treat you. Yesterday there was a professional holiday - the day of the health worker! ” On an adhesive oil with flowers put bowls with salads remaining from the feast.
“Oh, well, I'm not ashamed of my girls. You accept guests, as it should, ”-the head physician of the Rivne hospital of Iran Miriev in a fashionable white coat with a collar-old collar appears in the doorway.
He straightens red hair, is interested in whether it will work out well in the photo. Sits down at the set table. The paramedic and the orderl remains to stand.

Iran Jalilova says that she was ready to help Mosolov get home from the Engels Hospital. But he did not ask. “FAP transported by transport. There is a 2006 car car here. No, 2010! .. ". The staff is even more equipped. Based on the number of prescribed residents, “one unit is laid, but two paramedics, a nurse and a driver work in connection with the remoteness.” The laboratory assistant left for family reasons, so you need to go to the district center for the simplest tests. But, as Miriev says, once a quarter comes here a medical team - a therapist, a gynecologist, a surgeon, a urologist, a pediatrician, a procedural nurse and a mobile fluorograph.
"Do you know that Mosolov does not fulfill the appointments: does not take the prescribed drugs?" - goes on the offensive of the head physician. For free, the patient is only dressed. He must buy medicines. There are no pharmacies in the village. You can order tablets through FAP. They are brought once a week on Fridays.
The head physician promises to help the patient receive documents for disability and get to Saratov on the ISEC. “We will engage in prosthetics. Since he is such an active resident. Although, of course, I want to say something else: all disabled people are written out by an individual rehabilitation program and we are engaged in all patients, ”says the head physician and is suspicious at the bag with the camera:
“You probably write me on camera slowly? ..”

... As they said in the district center of social services, there is a social worker in the affiliator who can help Yuri Mosolov on the household. But before applying for an assistant, the patient must issue disability and pension, since these services are not free. “We have a sequence,” says the director of the center Larisa Zavalieva. “We do not immediately take a new person to serve, and when someone leaves the service.”
The press service of the regional prosecutor's office of Novaya said that it was impossible to find out about the results of the audit: “Not all information is given in the media. Probably, these materials have already been written off in the archive. ”
