ZakS.ru correspondent was detained in the trial of Denis Mikhailov

Sergei Yeremeev, a correspondent for Zaks.ru, was detained in the building of the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg, where a hearing was to be held in the case of Denis Mikhailov, an activist of Navalny's headquarters. Yeremeev himself wrote about this OVD-Info.

Eremeev is under a protocol under Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order of a bailiff).

According to Eremeev, after several hours of waiting for the start of the session, everyone who came was asked to leave the building, as the court was closing. Before leaving, Eremeev decided to take a picture and record Mikhailov and his lawyer Vitaly Cherkasov on a tape recorder. Soon, one of the bailiffs named Sergey Rukavishnikov told Eremeev that he was obstructing the work of the bailiffs and detained him to draw up a protocol.
