In Tatarstan, against the opponent of the construction of a waste incineration plant, Dmitry Yegorov, a case was opened on participation in an undesirable organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The resolution states that, based on the results of a study of media materials and Yegorov’s personal page on Vkontakte, the Kazan prosecutor’s office came to the conclusion that he was a member of Open Russia.
Egorov does not agree with the resolution and indicated this in his signature under it. The case will be considered by the justice of the peace of the Vakhitovsky district. The date of the meeting is not yet known.
Earlier, Yegorov was detained in the village of Osinovo, where he came to participate in hearings on the project to build a waste incineration plant.
