In Moscow, on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street, Galina Zubareva, an activist of the Left Front, was detained during a solitary picket. This was reported to OVD-Info by traffic coordinator Sergei Udaltsov.
A woman stood near the building of the Federation Council with a poster: “The presidential football decree of 05/09/2017 is not an order to close a polyclinic, detain a picketer, or ban a rally.” According to Udaltsov, the police detained the activist 10 minutes after the start of the rally. She was taken to the police department in the Tverskoy district, where she was told to write an explanatory note.
Zubareva herself said that she got acquainted with the presidential decree and other legislative acts that regulate freedom of assembly, and the purpose of her picket is to draw the president's attention to the excesses in the implementation of these acts.
UPD 14:40 Zubareva was accused of violating the rules of the event by the participant (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
