For the first time, these data were announced by the investigation back in 2015.

Two more were deprived of mandates because of the criminal record. The rest live and make good.

Two years ago, it seemed that the scandal with a total purchase of places in the Duma of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk was such a gap that would change a lot, wash the mold, at least somehow reboots both candidates and voters. At the current process, Alexander Khoroshavin and Vyacheslav Gorbachev, Alexei Leskin (and what to hide?) They will tell what the collected money was going on. And this will not shock any foundations and even in the fate of the deputies will not change anything. It’s not ashamed to be known as a bribe taker or bribe taker. And this is not a reason to leave posts.

A few years ago, a grandiose scandal erupted on Sakhalin - they revealed the scheme of the election "carousel", which was launched in the Sakhalin city of Korsakov in favor of the chairman of the Sakhalin Regional Duma of Vladimir Efremov. The media was in full layout: how buses with carouselmen traveled around the sections, who had the icons of the "rope-peel" on their clothes, and who paid all this. The case, a rare case, came to the court and a couple of chairmen of polling stations were found guilty. They received conditional punishment. But this did not affect the career of Vladimir Efremov. He received a mandate, again became the speaker of the Duma and, with honor, left the post after the end of the work, having received all the due bonuses and payments. He receives a deputy pension. 10 times more than on average in the region.

Well, after the person involved in the case. Of the five defendants in the dock, only three - Gorbachev, Leskin and Khoroshavin. Makarov and Lobkin on the run. Back in 2015, Lobkin, after the arrest of Khoroshavin, escaped to America to his wife, with whom he, when he was the mayor of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, prudently divorced and rewritten real estate in San Francisco. And until recently, Makarov was on Sakhalin on a subscription about a lower room, but suddenly disappeared before the trial.
