Now she lives in a beloved city only in order to punish the killer, no matter how difficult it is when you are a foreigner

Through glass at the door, Anna Rodionova noticed how two policemen brought a man in a green sweater in a green sweater - a twenty -navigable -year -old Mariano Bonoto, a man who destroyed her life. The woman saw him only from the back and wanted to look into his eyes. But she never managed to do this. The accused refused to testify and attend the court a few minutes before the first meeting in the case of the murder in Buenos Aires Anna, fifteen-year-old Natalia Grebenshchikova, and the eighteen-year-old Nuria Kouto at the same school began.

“I haven't been living for a long time. I exist for the sake of my children and in the hope of justice, ”Anna Rodionova began to testify, holding back her tears. I sat in the front row and with difficulty recognized in this unfortunate woman with tearful eyes the one from which in the fall of 2015 I interviewed a report about Russians in Argentina. I remembered her with a short -haired high blonde in red sneakers. Energetic, bold and self -confident.

To the homeland of tango

Anna is forty -three years old, she is from Nizhny Novgorod, from where she moved to Moscow. She worked as an accountant, gave birth to two children, one raised them. “I worked like a ishak. I have not seen anything in my life: work - children, work - children. I also wandered by car to my parents. I now understand how lonely and unhappy was. But then I did not realize this, ”Rodionova said.

At some point, tango appeared in her life by pure chance. The first time she arrived in Buenos Aires by a tourist. She wandered around the city, danced-and fell in love: “When I met my future husband, I knew a few words in Spanish, and he did not speak any other language. It is difficult to explain, but we somehow understood each other and agreed that I would move to him with the children. ” The daughter of Natasha was then five years old, and his son was twelve. Rodionova invited him to stay in Russia with his grandmother, but he did not want to. In April 2006, Anna decided: she said goodbye to the past and flew to Argentina to build a new life.

Older children are quickly used to the new country. They were immediately taken to kindergarten and school. In Buenos Aires, Rodionova married, gave birth to two sons, learned Spanish, divorced, tried many different works. She started in a clothing repair workshop, was a waitress, taxi driver, translator, starred for a mass of cinema, showed tourists the city. Three years ago, she could be found in one of the most famous places in Buenos Aires-the surroundings of the tricks of color houses of Kaminito, the photos of which are found in any guidebook. There, together with a Russian friend, they laid on a bridge hat and danced tango. Anna was dressed in a suit and performed a male party. All these years, Rodionova and her children lived in the south of the Argentine capital, in the La Boka region.

“Periodically, the feeling rolls on me: I love Buenos Aires. I found my place. This city teaches you to live one day. Money is almost always lacking here, so making plans for a long time is stupid. So live and rejoice! In Russia, I could no longer live. She forgot her work as a terrible dream, ”Rodionova told me then.

The daughter of Anna, Natalya Grebenshchikova, studied at the School of Fine Arts named after Manuel Belgrano. “She was a rather closed girl. Natasha liked everything related to creativity. Knitted, awl, painted. The house is full of her crafts. Disassembled things, I found many sheets with hieroglyphs. It turned out that she tried to study Japanese on her own, ”says Anna.

The tragedy occurred on October 11, 2016 a few quarters from the world famous stadium of the Boca Juniors football team - in Irala Park. This is a large square with a fence with benches and playgrounds, popular among local residents and students of the school of Manuel Belgrando, which is only 300 meters. On that day, immediately after the lessons, Natasha, along with her friends, came to the Irala park to celebrate the birthday of one of them. There was a warm spring evening. There were many people.

At the same time, another girl, Nuria Couto, went out for a walk with her friend Martin. He played the guitar, and Nuria stood next to his dog when an unfamiliar young man approached them and spoke. He had sneakers in his hands, a metal bottle for water and a small backpack. As the witnesses later tell, before that he was doing something like yoga: stretched his legs, meditated, then asked for a cigarette from one of the companies and examined others with interest.

“The stranger came up and asked if he could sing with us. He did not seem suspicious to me, only a little intrusive. Nuria and I looked at each other and waited for him to leave. This strange conversation lasted about half an hour, and then the stranger grabbed a large knife from somewhere and rushed at Nuria, ”Martin recalls, squeezing a plastic cup with cold water with trembling hands, which one of the secretaries of the court adds to him. Nuria received seventeen stab wounds. Martin, distraught with horror, rushed to run.

The killer at first pursued him, and then sharply turned him, attacked the unsuspecting Natasha Grebenshchikov and hit her several times with a knife. A second before, she stood with her back to him and poured water into the bottle. A panic began around.

Threatening the witnesses with a knife, the criminal quickly headed deeper into the square and tried to hide. However, he could not escape. A passerby, whose personality could not establish, stunned the killer with a bottle with a bottle, took the knife and thrust him into the head of the criminal.

Natasha and Nuria were taken to the nearest hospital - the Hospital Argerich hospital. They brought the killer there. He was conscious and told an ambulance who was not quite aware of what happened that his name was Mariano Bonotto, and even called his documents. During the investigation, it turned out that he was a veterinarian, originally from the village of Labor in the province of Cordoba, which is 500 kilometers from Buenos Aires. He rode a hitchhiking to the south of the country and decided to stay in the capital for a while. A couple of days before the tragedy, witnesses heard him called to kill women as lower creatures.

The insane son of the banker

At first, the wounded girls were conscious and told their parents that they had never seen the attacker before. Then their condition began to deteriorate. Nuria died on November 5, 2016. Natasha - three weeks later. The cause of her death was a nosocomial infection accidentally brought during the first operation.

And the attacker, meanwhile, was recovering

“There was a feeling that hell had opened or some parallel dimension opened, from where Bonetto jumped out and dragged two girls with him, after which the hole slammed slammed,” Anna recalls terrible weeks after attacking her daughter.

For the first time, Rodionova testified in court on October 19, 2016, on the day of a large human rights march of women in Buenos Aires. Judge Wilma Lopez met her all in black. “I have never encountered the judges before. She seemed to me adequate and even pleasant. Told me to be calm. She promised the triumph of justice and punishment to the guilty, but turned out to be a damn sale hypocrite, ”Anna does not hold back emotions. Already at the end of December, the girls' parents learned with horror that Lopez decided not to bring the matter to the hearing: she announced Bonhto insane and sent for twenty -five years of forced treatment.

“When the court recognizes the killer as insane, he turns from a criminal for a law for a sick person who is not able to answer for his actions. It is impossible to check that he will really be in a crazy house for twenty -five years. In addition, I am absolutely sure that Bonhto was well aware of my actions. I found a place where there were no police officers, I bought a folding hunting knife, which still needs to be able to use, chose the victims that could not give him any resistance, and tried to escape from the scene of the crime, ”explains Anna Rodionova Liliana Borisyuk.

Judging by the medical record, Mariano Bonotto never had problems with the psyche. But his mother and father-banker from the first day began to actively insist on the insanity of his son. They connected an expensive expert to the investigation and tried to break up the case, Anna Rodionova and her representative say. Bonoto’s protection is engaged in a highly paid lawyer Daniel Martinez Diaz - a senior in a mint black suit and snake leather boots, with rare dark hair for the parting. The main witness of Martinez is a doctor who was an ambulance chief of the Argerch hospital on the day of the tragedy. He is the only one of his colleagues claims that the killer was not in himself at the time of hospitalization, he raved and talked to himself.

In the process of investigation from the laboratory, an analysis of the urine of Bonoto disappeared, which could show whether he took drugs.

The demon was silent

On the day of the first appeal, in January 2017, the accused sent Lopez Judge Lopez, in which he called himself a “victim of his own lies.” Mariano Boneto wrote that he deceived the experts who considered him insane, and admitted to his deed: “No demon forced me to implement my murder plan. I did what I wanted the most at that moment. " The letter was not attached to the case, but promised to take into account.

It did not suit them in profile: not domestic violence, not the arbitrariness of the police and not rape. Only in the organization of Furia feminista (“Fury of the feminists”) did they agree to help and advised to go to journalists. “Then, I probably wrote a thousand Mailov to the addresses of all the media that I found, after which I went on the radio and television channels for two weeks, gave interviews,” Rodionova recalls. And the judge Lopez, meanwhile, repeatedly announced Bonetto insane.

The parents of the second deceased girl, Nuria, did not support Anna in her struggle. They persuaded to agree with forced treatment and demand compensation. If the killer is recognized as incompetent, and his wealthy parents - guardians, can be counted on receiving money. Otherwise, Bonoto goes to prison, there is nothing to take from him and there is no need to wait for compensation. “I don't care about money. I want justice, ”Rodionov explains his position.

Thanks to the publicity of the case and perseverance of lawyers after the second appeal, Wilm Lopez changed the decision. She announced that “Boneto's insanity cannot be established with one hundred percent confidence,” and transferred the case to court. “The defense was sure that this would never happen at all. The enraged Martinez Diaz came to xenia the case file when the date of the first meeting was already scheduled, ”says Liliana Borisyuk.

"I will plant him and take care of doctors"

When Anna appeared on the steps of the huge Comodoro Pi judicial complex, she was surrounded by more than a dozen teenagers. These are the school friends of Natasha and Nuria, they came to support the families of killed girls. All these terrible year and a half, the guys have visited Rodionov and her children and, together with Liliana Borisyuk, help not to give up.

A few hours after the meeting, we met with Anna in a cafe near the hospital where Natasha died. “Now it seems to me all this is some kind of Dostoischina, involved in hatred of women and, probably, in drugs. Bonoto wanted to check whether I am trembling or I have the right. ” Only one sentence will satisfy me - a lifelong conclusion. He should never walk among people again. And when I plant him, I plan to do the doctors who infected my daughter who killed her with an infection, ”Anna ends our conversation and admits that she is fatally tired and really wants to sleep.
