The point in the investigation of the murder of Yuri Shchekochikhin. By that time-the 10th anniversary of the death-the journalists of the "New" and Yura's friends did everything possible and even a little impossible to find the killers.

The investigation three times opened and closed the criminal case, so that even the fact of the murder itself did not establish - no, the investigators said, the corpus delicti. And still the official version of death: Yura died himself, but only from the devil knows what illness. Either they could not find the true reason, or did not want to ... but most likely, both together.

Five years have passed. And life erased our point at the end of the heading, placing a comma instead.

After the poisoning in the British Salisbury of the Russian intelligence officer and defector Sergei Skripal and his daughter, when the British investigation identified the instrument of the crime as a fighting poisonous substance from the Novice series, the criminal case of the murder of banker Ivan Kivividi, which was poisoned by about the same. OV was applied to the telephone phone in the businessman’s office, who, taking it, quickly died, like his secretary. Employee of the opera, who arrived at the scene, also received poisoning.

In the materials of the case, which the court considered in 2007, there are amazing indications: the recognition of the chemist Leonid Rink that back in the mid-90s he traded this poison, selling super-secret weapons, for example, Chechen criminal authorities. And the "newcomer", which was sold almost from the garage, is not just poison, but binary s. Its essence is that it consists of two harmless components, but their combination in the body leads to unconditional death. It was this poison that was poisoned by Kivividi.

It was at that time when they closed and opened criminal cases on the fact of the murder of Shchekochikhin, in the General Prosecutor's Office, and then in the Investigative Committee, they just finished the investigation in the case of Kivividi. And the leadership of the GP, which we met, expressing our assumptions, and the leadership of the UK, to which we gave official testimonies, could not help but know about the established fact-secret poisonous substances from the military program in the mid-90s hit the black market. But this knowledge seemed to force the investigation to do the opposite - so that the cause of the death of Schekochikhin remains not established.

We said to the investigation: it is known that the leakage of poisonous substances was repeatedly retrained - we had confirmation of this. Why did no one reacted to our testimony to the investigation that a few years after the study came to us one of the leading experts in the field of forensic medicine, who took part in the autopsy, who said that the conclusion is linden, and that, in his opinion, the cause of death - poisoning by binary (remember?) 4. Why was the body of Shchekochikhin so embalmed that the study conducted after the exhumation could not even determine the full composition of the embalming solution to separate its components from other substances remaining in the body? By the way, the composition of this embalming substance remained unknown, and all the specialists related to the processing of the body either died or left the country, lost in different countries and weights.

5. How did it happen that the medical card of Shchekochikhina was lost in the Kuntsevsky prosecutor's office, whose employees conducted a pre -investigation verification on the fact of the death of the statesman? They say that the cleaning lady thrown away ... Where is this cleaning lady, why wasn’t she interrogated? And again, by the way, the investigator who conducted this audit and issued a decision on the refusal to initiate a criminal case (the daughter of a senior employee of the General Prosecutor's Office), after which sharply went up the career ladder, crossing several steps immediately.

6. Why was there not excavations from the central clinical hospital, since the medical card was lost? Rather, the seizures were made, but only after the third initiation of the criminal case - after 7 years. Naturally, many documents have already been destroyed, such as: laboratory magazines, appointments, records of issued medicines.

7. How could it be (four times) to refuse to initiate a criminal case, even if in the original act of autopsy it is indicated: an agent (that is, a certain substance) that caused such a reaction of the body and led to death is not established?

Special operation "Expert"

Many of those who, in one way or another, were related to the investigation, constantly tried to hint somewhere in the corridors for the fact that they are not able to do anything, but everyone understands. Both doctors in the hospital and experts ... Thanks to the latter, we managed to get samples of fabrics obtained after exhumation. We hoped for Western experts. Found them and received a conclusion. Its essence comes down to several murderous circumstances for us.

Firstly, if a full-fledged study was carried out immediately, they could establish the cause of death. Now - after many years - even ultra -modern methods can not help.

Secondly, research in Russia was conducted in some antediluvian methods. The judicial toxicologist Patrick Kintz told us: as if the purpose of the research was to find anything.

History of poisoning in Russia

The revelations of the Rink chemist, who worked at the training ground in Shihany ( New Gazeta dated April 6 of this year ), is forced to look at a lot from a different point of view. Rink, who first passed the suspect, and then a witness in the case of the murder of the banker Kivividi, ultimately admitted that he had sold over -secret experimental samples of chemical weapons to the side.

“ Since I was afraid of Ryabov’s threats, which was associated with criminal elements, I agreed to get him such a poison. I asked at work in a synthetic laboratory where I have not worked for many years, K. (the employee’s name is in the editorial office) to look for raw materials for the manufacture of a more toxic substance <...>. In order not to worry, I told her that it was necessary for military unit. <...>. But K. did not find the indicated raw materials and told me that there is a raw material for the manufacture of a toxic substance of a different type. How to make a poisonous substance from a diploma, K. knew well, because this was the topic of her candidate dissertation.

The equipment in the laboratory was standard: flasks, hoods, etc. During the synthesis of the substance, she used standard safety measures when working with this class substance. <...> I was not present at the same time, gave her a task and left. In the room all the time someone was in, two laboratory assistants, but since I warned K. so that she would not spread on this topic, the laboratory assistants knew nothing.

I warned her about this, since it was a “left” order, and did not want someone to know about it the third. She did not mind, as I said that her work would be paid, and she really needed money.

The substance that I was going to receive is known to science, it was repeatedly synthesized by the institute’s specialists <...>. It makes up the state. This substance differs from <...> combat substance in its chemical formula, but in terms of toxicity it is comparable in VX. The substance is known to a narrow circle of specialists ... ”, Rink said during interrogation. According to him, the employee did not manage to immediately synthesize the right substance, then Rink, as stated in the protocol, "recommended adding the required number of components."

“ After that, she remade the synthesis and <...> the next day <...> we spilled the resulting substance and poured them into ampoules. The whole work was carried out by K. Substances was approximately gram, as it seems to me, we poured it into ampoules, about 0.25 grams, so many substance entered them.

<...> I took the ampoules received to my home and put them in my garage.

Somewhere <...> Ryabov came to me in December 1994, and I gave him ampoule <...>. The rest of the ampoules remained with me. Subsequently, I handed over two more ampoules. Perhaps I had another fifth ampoule with this substance, incomplete, I called it for myself a “sample”. There were a substance <...> less than in an ordinary ampoule, approximately 0.02 gr. After the transmission of Ampul Ryabov, I had one ampoule and this “probe”.

Subsequently, I handed this ampoule to Arthur Talanov, which I already testified. In the number of ampoules, I can be mistaken, as a lot of time passed, I could forget something <...>. "

Who are these Ryabov, K. and Talanov is unknown. And Rink was never prosecuted, remained only a witness. It turned out that the murder of Kivividi, which was committed with the help of a substance similar to what the chemist traded before this deal. Why there were no questions about the very fact of sale and, apparently, the disclosure of state secrets, is a big question. Moreover, now this person acts on state television as an expert in the Skripals case, whom I recall, also, according to the English investigation, was poisoned by a substance of this type.

However, this whole story with Rink leads to certain assumptions that it is necessary to check not only to us, journalists. Namely: and before Rink, someone was shaken by military poisonous substances. Due to the fact that no investigation was carried out on this occasion, apparently, it was carried out (after all, the potions of potions are not sitting in the zone), we can assume that the “bench” was never closed. But not only Shihans - the place where military poisonous substances were produced and experienced ...

• The banker Kivividi was killed in August 1995 . The investigation in this case ended in 2006.

In the interval between these dates, several more mysterious and tragic events occurred.

• In April 2002, one of the leaders of the Chechen militants Hattab (Black Arab) died.

A certain man delivered him a letter, Hattab opened him and died a short time later. As they say, from the stop of breathing ( see the characteristic signs of the poisoning of the Skripals ). Sustainable version: it was an operation of Russian special services. The FSB did not refute this, but did not confirm.

And here it is necessary to send the reader to the beginning of the article in order to once again recall the testimonies of our informant from among the generals of law enforcement agencies, who spoke about the ampoules with OMs lost on the way to Chechnya. Whether it was one type of poison or several is unknown.

• In July 2003, Yuri Shchokochikhin died.

• In April 2004, in the pre -trial detention center of Volgograd, the Chechen authority of the Islamov (beard) dies with a strange death.

Islamov and Shchekochikhin were familiar - from different sides of the front line were engaged in exchanging prisoners and hostages.

And here, of course, you can slide a little in the theory of conspiracies. This, I think, is permissible, since no investigating authorities were at all interested in such coincidences.

Islamov is a member of the Lazan criminal group who worked under the roof of an employee/agent of the FSB Max Lazovsky, who was killed in 2000 after leaving prison. The first explosions in Moscow (a bus on VDNH and a adjusted bomb on the Yauz bridge) is the work of this particular group. Lugovoi, accused by the UK authorities of poisoning ex-glassist Litvinenko, and the rest of the famous press conference on the preparation of attempt on Boris Berezovsky are employees of the same unit to be attributed to Lazovsky (URPO under the leadership of General Khokholkova, who was developing leaders of criminal communities). And a few years later, one of the authorities of the Lazan organized crime group-Lom-Ali Gaidukaev-becomes the organizer of the murder of the Novaya Gazeta observer Anna Politkovskaya. After that, the group was cleaned.

One of its leaders - the Movladi Atlangers - was stolen in the center of Moscow in January 2008, the other - Mustafa Shadaev - was shot with his guard a few months before the murder of Politkovskaya.

Of course, there may not be any connection between all these events, but their density implies that such a probability should at least check.

И потому до сих пор неясно: кто, когда, в каком количестве и кому продавал ампулы со сверхсекретными ядами, остались ли они у кого-то на руках и где еще были использованы. Почему-то кажется, что дело об отравлении Скрипалей на один из этих вопросов отвечает: проданный яд по-прежнему неподконтролен российскому государству.

Так что, как мне кажется, стоит все-таки возбудить уголовное дело не по факту загадочных смертей, случившихся в начале 2000-х, а по факту утечки боевых отравляющих веществ. Тут дело не только в том, чтобы «отмыться» от отравления Скрипалей. Ведь никто не знает, осталось ли на руках у неизвестных лиц что-то, что может еще кого-нибудь отравить — ведь это что-то только для того и предназначено.
