The 47-year-old Balukh was announced guilty under part 2 of Article 321 of the Criminal Code of Russia (the use of non-hazardous violence to an employee of the place of imprisonment in connection with his official activities).

In the debate of the parties on July 2, the prosecutor requested 4 years for the Politsek , and taking into account the partial addition of this period with a term in the previous case - 6 years of the general regime.

In turn, the lawyer Olga Dinze demanded to justify the political prisoner, explaining his actions in relation to the "victim" by Tkachenko with the necessary defense.

Balukh himself, speaking with the last word , said: “I don’t regret my actions for a single second, not for my own thoughts. I am, firstly, I’m not ashamed for them. Secondly, deeply, to the smallest details, there is absolutely nothing illegal, even according to your laws, in my actions. And therefore, to pay for love for the homeland and my relatives, I am ready for any price.”

“Soon or later,” the political prisoner emphasized, “the Lord will definitely give me the fact that I will win all the courts, and according to the previous articles too. I understand that this state is not in this state. But, thank God, this state is limited to this state ... Sooner or later it will happen anyway. According to the plot of the case, on August 11, 2017, during the morning inspection of the Razdolnensky IVS cameras, where the Politzeck was delivered from the pre -trial detention center to participate in the court in the previous case, Baluh in the corridor struck Tkachenko with his elbow in the stomach, after which he went into the cell, took the detachment bottle and hit the police officer.

In fact, Tkachenko himself beat the political prisoner, and also insulted him on a national basis and scolded him with obscenities, and all this was recorded by a video surveillance camera. It is also known that the head of the IVS Hamil Politzeku and earlier - this was the activist himself during the interrogation in court during the interrogation . The case against the Balukh was opened after his defense applied to the police with a statement to the head of the IVS.
