The head of the British Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sajid Javid, demanded an explanation for Russia in connection with the poisoning of residents of Aimsbury Charlie Rowley and Don Steurzes. It is reported by the BBC.

"Russia has come to explain what exactly happened," Javid said, speaking in parliament. Now, he noted, the working version is such that Rowley and Styurzes were poisoned outside the territory in the neighboring city of Salisbury, which was cleaned after the attempt on the former GRU Colonel Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia Skripal.

"The situation when our citizens become at least in advance, at least random victims, and our streets, parks and cities turn into landfills of toxic substances is completely unacceptable," the minister emphasized.

It is possible, Javid added that Rowley and Stearzes were poisoned by the remnants of the same "newcomer" that was used in the attempt on the Skripals. Experts are now checking such an assumption, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs concluded.

The 44-year-old Steurzes, and then her 45-year-old civil husband Rowley, both unemployed, were hospitalized from their home in Aimsbury on June 30 with an interval of several hours. Both are in critical condition in the same district hospital in Salisbury, where the creaks were previously treated. Initially, the doctors suspected that the couple were poisoned by a kind of severe drug. Soon, however, it was established that the cause of their disease was a neuro-paralytic poison.

The day before, experts of a military laboratory in Porton Dawn found out that the spouses were poisoned precisely by the "newcomer" .

It was reported that the police do not consider the version of the attempt, but proceeds from the fact that Rowley and Sturzes were poisoned by accident.
