Alexander Eyvazov, 23, former secretary of the Oktyabrsky District Court and member of the United Russia party, was arrested on August 24, 2017. According to investigators, he did not prepare and sign the minutes of the trial within the indicated timeframes because of his personal dislike for Judge Irina Kerro and the desire to cancel the verdict in the criminal case of attempted fraud.
According to Eyvazov himself, he did not draw up the minutes of the court session, and therefore refused to sign it. The former secretary also noted that he was asked to sign the protocol retroactively.
At the end of 2016, Alexander Eyvazov resigned from the Oktyabrsky District Court and sent about 80 messages to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee, the Supreme Court, the prosecutor's office and other authorities about massive violations in court. Among them, he pointed out the falsification of court records, "informal" relations between judges and prosecutors, humiliation and insults against the defendants.
In May, Eyvazov's defense appealed to the chairman of the Supreme Court with a statement about numerous violations in the case.
