"He is engaged in bad things." The story of a teenager-volunteer headquarters Navalny in Biysk

Maxim Neverov - the volunteer of the headquarters of Navalny, just moved to grade 11. He wants to go to the university and unlearn the lawyer. The city of Biysk in the Altai Territory, where a teenager lives, introduces him to the legal foundations of life in Russia now. They want to start an administrative case on Neverov under an article on gay propaganda among minors. OVD-Info publishes his story.

Three days ago, they brought me the agenda to the police-I had to get acquainted with the departure for a cultural examination of some materials there as part of something. But on the agenda it was not written either the case or under any article everything happens, so I did not go. On July 3, the agenda was brought to mom. And she decided to go.

The police showed her a definition on the appointment of a cultural examination. This document says that on my page they found materials in the public domain, promoting non -traditional sexual relations among minors (part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses):

For the “correct consideration and decision on the material”, the police major D. Nestechko, conducting the audit on the grounds of part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda of non -traditional sexual relations), sends the case materials for examination.

The police tried to conduct a survey, but my mother took the 51st article of the Constitution for all questions. They asked: “Do you know that Maxim has a page? Is this his page? " The definition says that on my page it was allegedly discovered some materials that allegedly promote non-traditional sexual relations. I looked at the page and found nothing like that. There are no specifics in this definition, what the authorities have in mind is unclear.

My only idea is that they could refer to the “Gay-Parade in Biysk” video. I organized the campaign for submitting 12 notifications of various events to the administration. This is the only thing that is somehow connected with gays on my page. No, of course, they can recognize my face with such propaganda ... But, probably, it will not reach that. I can’t even imagine what else they can catch on.

On May 22, we submitted 12 notifications to the events of the second, third and fourth on July 22. The topics are opposite: for the rights of gays and against the legalization of same -sex marriages, for the recognition of Putin to the saints and for the resignation of Putin, for the recognition of Alexei Navalny by the US agent and his support. It was interesting to see what they agree and what not. As a result, they did not agree on anything. But in all those places where we declared, the authorities held cultural events: somewhere they arranged a karting, sold soap somewhere, and somewhere taught dancing.

Officials later wrote on their pages in VK about us. For example, the head of the city department of culture, sports and youth policy Andrei Kudinov wrote a big post about our applications and events that were held instead of them. It is ridiculous that he made a stupid mistake: in the word “support” instead of “D” he wrote “T”. He later deleted the publication, but she remained in the reprosts of some of his colleagues:

“Dear friends, colleagues! A few days ago, our city excited the topic of holding in Biysk by some “activists” with the support of their friends, like -minded people from some headquarters, a rally to protect the rights of gays !!! Then he realized this topic that a rally for the protection of gay rights was just one of 12 events and that they did not want to carry out them at all ... Many people considered this topic immoral, someone was puzzled, but it is possible that there were other individual personalities who advocated, at least in order to seek all this show ... It is good that there are many organizations and people with positive ideas, established by established ideas, established The value landmarks, which in advance (as they knew) offered to hold other events!)))))) Naturally, that the city administration supported normal and significant initiatives and naturally refused the “activists” to protect the rights of gays in Siberia. It is a pity that the “activists” of rallies to protect the rights of gays instead of inventing something important and socially significant did not occur to nothing useful than attributing the work of people sincerely participating in the life of the city for their initiative!

On May 5, 2018, there was a rally in the Hyde Park on which I performed. After that, problems began at the school. They wanted to exclude me, but because of public pressure, everything worked out. They could not exclude in any way - everything is fine with me with performance. But they just called my mother and asked to pick up the documents. They argued that they had some problems with the Biysk education department due to my participation in the rally.

Now I was transferred to grade 11, everything is fine. The school, in principle, is good. Classmates are good, everyone supports me, empathize. Helped to defend my rights. Teachers are different, perceive me either neutral or negatively. They do not speak directly with me about politics, but in conversations with classmates they convince not to support my activity. They say: "He will be planted soon, he is engaged in bad things."

In the political life of the city, I have been participating since March 2017, and by politics I began to get involved in September 2016. For the first time at the headquarters of Navalny, I appeared on March 20 - I brought friends to a meeting with Alexei Anatolyevich. When campaite cubes began, I practically did not miss one. That is, from May 2017 to December-two to three cubes per week.

Initially, I became interested in politics because of the blogger Kamikadze-di blogger rollers. It interested me. Then he found out about the Navalny campaign. At first he began to watch the video, then he found out that you can become a volunteer, thought: “It's cool!” That's what now.

Interest from the police began in January 2018. Well, I found out about him, perhaps there was an interest before, I just didn’t notice him. In June 2017, I held a single picket at the Biysk administration. I stood with a poster on which it was written "While the thief is sitting in the Kremlin, Alexei (Navalny- OTD-info ) was in prison." The police came, took explanations from me, but they did not excite anything - I was not yet 16 years old. Surely they since then began to follow my actions.

And in January, when there was a “voter strike”, the police became more active in me. They came to my house, to the headquarters, tried to give me a summons. But even then nothing came with me. The administrative case was brought to my comrade Denis, later he was fined for illegal campaigning.

They delayed me three times. For the first time during that single picket, then with agitation leaflets and, finally, in the city administration, when an aggressive official - deputy for the population attacked me.

Well, nothing, the police simply kept me on the street for several hours until the inspectors for minors (PDN) arrived. Most PDN employees already know me. They call to us with the words: "Maxim, we must talk, we have been following you for a long time." They do not try to convince. They are only interested in why everything happens to me.

I plan to enter a lawyer or political scientist. I like the social sphere, I like to work with people. I probably want to be a lawyer more. After I began to engage in politics, all these notifications, all these papers - I like it. After the first court, when we protested the refusal to agree on the action, I immediately wanted to understand how it works, to see how it all looks. I would like to engage in jurisprudence.

In total, I participated three times in the courts as the applicant of the lawsuit against the city administration and was twice as a listener at such processes. If the case of propaganda comes to court, then this will be the first time that it is me who will be judged. And so I filed claims about rallies, wrote statements myself, and submitted myself at meetings. It turned out well.

I read about the affairs of the article on the promotion of non -traditional relationships. Typically, such cases are initiated on LGBT activists or organization, it is very strange that they decided to go this way for me. Some activists in Biysk believe that in this way they want to go out to someone else through me. As it was in February with a strike when Denis was fined. They said to him: "We will open a business on you if you do not help to initiate a business on your coordinator." Maybe there will be the same thing.
