The second bill introduces Article 20.3.1 to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the disposition of which complies with the disposition of the current part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code. The new norm provides for 10 to 20 thousand rubles of a fine, up to 100 hours of compulsory work or up to 15 days of arrest.
