In Moscow, Maria Alekhina was detained due to failure to perform mandatory work

In Moscow, bailiffs detained Pussy Riot member Maria Alyokhina due to non-execution of a court decision on compulsory work. This is reported by Mediazona with reference to its correspondent.

Alyokhina was detained after a meeting in the Izmailovsky District Court on the suit of the Nizhny Novgorod IK-2 against Alyokhina and the editors of the Sobesednik. At the trial, a lawsuit was considered to protect the honor, dignity and business reputation of the colony because of the text on the working conditions of prisoners, published in the Interlocutor.

UPD 18:50 A protocol was drawn up against Maria Alyokhina under part 4 of article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - evasion from serving compulsory work, said Mediazona correspondent Alexander Borodikhin.

Alyokhina was brought to the police station of the justice of the peace in the Kuntsevo region, and the correspondent was expelled from there.

“I was kicked out at one minute to six in the evening, because“ permission must be obtained from the department, and you know how long it will take - to exit, ” he wrote on Twitter.

• On April 18, the Meshchansky District Court assigned Maria Alyokhina 100 hours of compulsory work for an action against blocking a telegram. As part of the action, its participants launched paper airplanes near the FSB building.
