In Khakassia, men do not live up to 63.5 years old, but on July 6, the federal bill on “the need to improve pension legislation of the Russian Federation” supported the Supreme Council of this republic by a majority vote.

- Is it normal that women plan to increase the pension threshold to 63 years old? No, this is not normal if you want to hear it. Be a woman, and then you will find out what eight years are a plus. There should be a reform in itself, but from the point of view of the mechanism I have a different vision of it. The fact that women were increased to the retirement age to 63 is on the surface, but there are a number of other points that raise questions from me, ”said Svetlana Mogilina , chairman of the Committee on the Constitutional Legislation of the Supreme Council of Khakassia.

The resolution of the Presidium of the Khakass Parliament recommends that the relevant committee of the State Duma establish the retirement age for women at the mark of 60 years. In addition, the Khakass deputies are asking not to increase the pension age for representatives of indigenous peoples, to maintain the right to early insurance pension for some categories of rural residents, as well as to preserve increasing old -age pensions that are now paid for wages in Siberia and the Far East.

- Before saying “we will”, I proposed to hold a public hearing at the session of the Supreme Council, where the opinions of representatives of parliamentary factions, the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Social Protection, and so on, would be made. In addition, I suggested that they vote for the reform with a name, and not electronically, in a lot. But at the session the issue was taken note, and after a couple of days the Presidium of the Supreme Council decided to support the reform. I think they acted meanly. The Presidium is not a parliament yet, ”said Oleg Ivanov, deputy of the Supreme Council of Khakassia.

According to Ivanov, he does not support pension reform and believes that there are levers at the federal and regional levels that allow not to increase the retirement age.

- At the federal level - a decrease in corruption costs. At the regional level - a reduction in costs of structures such as the governor’s administration, government media. The first in essence duplicates the functions of the government, and the latter must be pushed to self -sufficiency in order to be engaged in journalism, and not mass propaganda.

Now this proportion is already 103 non -working. This means that the demographic load was reduced by 1.5 times and, according to the same Rosstat, the 1998 level will not reach even in 2050. Consequently, there are currently no objective prerequisites for raising the retirement age, ”the deputy of the SR faction in the Legislative Assembly of the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug Valery Steppanchenko is convinced.

On July 8, in the New Urengoy, the largest city in the Autonomous Okrug, the Communist Party held an action against changes in the pension system. She was agreed with the city administration, but the police still detained the head of the local branch of the Communists Alexander Shmal. Only four deputies voted against, and two more abstained.

But those who are not confident in their health do not submit documents there. No matter what they tell us about increasing life expectancy, these are fairy tales. Member of United Russia Evgeny Lotin voted for the reform draft. Is it a coincidence or not, but just after that, the creation of another committee in the regional Duma was approved - by ecology and nature management, and Lotin became its chairman.

- I voted for reform, but with the amendments that our faction of United Russia introduced. They imply the preservation of the retirement age for residents of the Far North and equated with them, that is, we insist that the inhabitants of our region retire as now - at 50, women and 55 men. Why do I think that they will listen to our request in the State Duma and the Government of the Russian Federation? Well, we will not leave this question, we will lead it and monitor the situation.

So far, not a single regional deputy corps dared to oppose the Kremlin’s pension plans. The maximum “free -thinking” that the lawyers in the field allowed themselves to leave benefits for the inhabitants of the Far North, as well as for representatives of the small northern northern peoples: in particular, deputies of Yakutia expressed it. In a number of regions, the discussion of a painful issue has been just furious. So preferred to do, for example, Omsk deputies. In Omsk, one of the most massive protest rallies in Russia was held - on July 1, 4,500 people went to the action against raising the retirement age. And on July 5, local deputies held their last meeting before the holidays, but they decided not to discuss the “pension” issue.
