So far, there is not a single answer to begging questions: why was Ilya and his friend delivered to the “criminal”, and not to the minors? Why not called relatives? Why didn’t they let me call home? Moreover, we are talking about the night - the detainees were brought to the site of half a second. Why, finally, the head of the local police is not crawling now at the feet of the deceased? It turns out from the words of relatives: the police believe that the guys were under drugs and they themselves are to blame for everything. What? In contact with the state? No explanation. In general, no words suitable for the moment.

Given the seriality of such incidents, the everyday life of this horror, the prevailing and unshakable reputation of the police, why not publish a video from the cabinets and corridors of the site - after all, they are packed with cameras? Everyone, of course, happens, but such “why” - as after other similar crimes - is too much.

Here ordinary people were closer to the state than anywhere else. They felt involvement in him, and even kinship, and could hope for response bones.
