Judge of the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow Alexei Bobkov made a verdict in the second case, fabricated in the capital, "Tables Jamaat". This was reported by the correspondent of "faces".

Ali Adzhiev, Maksat Berdikulov, Ali Zulushev, Jildyzbek Ismailov and Kunan Turdimatov were sentenced to two years of general regime, and Yakubjan Murhmedov - to two and a half years of general regime.

All six are announced guilty under part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization). Five received the minimum deadlines provided for by the Code, and Murakmedov - the only one that did not plead guilty - is not much larger. The maximum punishment on such a prosecution is six years of colony.

At the same time, Berdikulov and Turdimatov took place in the case as Amira, that is, as the leaders of the cell of the "Table of Jamaat".

According to the plot of the case, from April 22 to June 24, 2017, in a rented apartment on Pyryev Street in the West Moscow District, the defendants participated in the “unidentified persons” conducted by the works of the ideologists “Tables of Jamaat”. It is also alleged that in these classes, “conspiracy measures were developed and opposed to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.”

The case came to the court in early April , but the beginning of the process was repeatedly postponed. All the proceedings, with the exception of the announcement of the sentence, took one day - July 11. All the defendants, except for Murakmedov, announced the recognition of guilt and repentance. Unlike them, Murakhmedov - a retired officer of the border troops of Kyrgyzstan - insisted that he arrived in an apartment on Pyryeva Street, on the weekend, April 22-23, 2017, for treatment.

It was because of Murakmedov that Judge Bobkov rejected the petitions of the rest of the accused to conduct a trial in a special manner.

The only witness to the prosecution in the process was classified; At the trial, he appeared under the pseudonym Ivanov. The interrogation of this witness Judge Bobkov led the prosecutor - assistant to the Nikulinsky interdistrict prosecutor D. Zherebtsov on his cell phone.

There are eight defendants in the bench. Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code, the remaining three - part 1 of the same article (organization of the activities of an extremist organization), the sanction of which is from 6 to 10 years of the colony, was charged with five. According to the "mediazons", four defendants deny the guilt, one finds partially, the other three - completely. The source of "faces", however, reports that none of the eights admitted guilty in full.

Four defendants said in court that the FSB operatives beat them, including batons, and tortured them. Judge Anton Martynenko on June 14 interrupted the hearing for almost a month, sending reports of torture for verification to the military department of the TFR. As a result of the audit, the department said that there were no violations in the actions of the security forces.
