Teachers of history, the head teacher of educational work is dismissed formally by reduction, and in fact - for commentary on the social network.

As an alternative to dismissal, the director invited her to work as a cleaner.

“The director called me to her on May 19 and said:“ I am firing you for a moral misconduct, ”says Svetlana Borisovna. Tatyana Devyatkova, director of the Murmansk gymnasium No. 3, illustrated her decision with a printed screenshot of a commentary on publication on social networks. The note spoke about the awarding of 40 Murmansk Unarmeans medals for participating in a parade held in Murmansk on May 9. Kornaukhova wrote literally the following:

“They bought a form, Dali medals ... That's all patriotism. And those guys who really play scenes of military life for 4 years, sing military songs for the city’s inhabitants, meet veterans in their museum, are not worthy of gratitude! Watchmakers - these are your boys Unarmers. "

These words turned out to be enough for a teacher with 35 years of experience to lose his place.

Murmansk is a city who fought. And the memory of the war here is special, very family, alive. The fact that hundreds of schoolchildren every summer participate in search work, the burial of the remains of fighters and military-historical reconstructions is familiar. In the gymnasium No. 3, where Kornaukhova was responsible for educational work, the military theme was special. The school, of their own free will, took a monument in honor of the Commonwealth of the Anti-Hitler coalition, on commemorative days, the children stand at the monument in the honorary guard, they communicate a lot with veterans, the school has a unique museum dedicated to the elaboration and transport battalions that largely decided the outcome of the battles in the north.

The museum on the initiative of Kornaukhova became open to everyone, not only the guys from other schools come here, but also come from other areas. From the Yamal-Nenets district, for example, from where most of the reindeer herders called for the front. So with patriotism and memory in this gymnasium, everything is real. They are involved in the work organized by Kornaukhova, all senior classes, this year the sixth and seventh connected. The teacher is the winner of the competition in the framework of the national project "Education", its recent graduate received 100 points for the USE on history - a rarity in the Murmansk region. Gratitude, diplomas, awards. The graduates with whom we talked unanimously say: Svetlana Kornaukhova is a real teacher, friend, mentor. But a critical commentary on the “top” of the Unarmium was more significant.

- Director, when I talked with me, said that there was a call. And what to leave me at work for her means folding the head on the block, ”Kornaukhova explains. - Honestly, I did not think that my comment would make such an impression. I was told that I insulted the children. And I really was outraged that in a few minutes the construction is awarded a medal, and our children - we do not have a young at school - they do so many things, and they didn’t even deserve gratitude.

Hearing about the “moral misconduct”, the teacher immediately said that she would go to court. Then they offered to leave of their own free will. Refusal. Everything calmed down for a month. But on June 13, Kornaukhov was again called to the director:

- She said that that story would not end in anything good for me, and handed a notification of the reduction and offer of the positions of the janitor, the dressing room, the service worker and the cleaning lady.

I refused to sign, called teachers to draw up an act. The director was asked the question of why the only head teacher is reduced in educational work - if there are three in the training. There was no clear answer. I asked to see a new staffing, and it turned out that it was simply not there. They did not draw up any act then, the next day they went to the director to the office to sign one at a time. I am a member of the trade union committee, but there was no signature of the chairman of the trade union on the papers that they gave me.

According to Svetlana Borisovna, the only thing she still asked the director was to leave her as a teacher. At least for incomplete load. She was refused.

Officially dismissed by Kornaukhov will be on August 29 - after the expiration of two months laid under the law. Teachers, parents of students and graduates wrote in defense of the teacher collective appeals in the regional Ministry of Education, Gorono, and the city hall. There is no result yet. The administration of Murmansk "Novy" reported that organizational activities are a zone of liability of school principals. And it was impossible to get through to the director: Ms. Devyatkova, like the head of the city committee on education, Mr. Andrianov, is on vacation, her mobile phone is silent.
