The chairman of the Karelian branch of the Memorial Yuri Dmitriev, arrested in the second fabricated case of pedophilia against him, was July 15 from the pre-trial detention center-1 in Petrozavodsk for a psychiatric examination in St. Petersburg. In St. Petersburg, Dmitriev was placed in SIZO-1 "Crosses-2" in Kolpin. As expected , from there he will soon be transferred to a mental hospital - which one is unknown.

On Tuesday, Anufriev intends to appear in Crosses-2 and achieve a meeting with the client.

Prochrevsky media reported that Dmitriev actually followed Poland. However, the relatives of the detainee refuted this. It is known, in particular, that the historian did not manage to issue a passport yet.

On June 29, the investigator of the Petrozavodsk city department of the TFR Maxim Zavadsky charged Dmitriev under paragraph “b” of part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code (violent actions of a sexual nature against a person under the age of 14). This norm provides for 12 to 20 years in a colony.

The victim in the case is the 13-year-old adopted daughter of the historian Natalya. The adolescent’s statements made during “conversations” on May 18 and June 6 were based on the basis. The first of these "conversations" was carried out by the native grandmother of Natalia Valentina Frollenkova and the psychologist, the second - the psychologist and investigator Zavadsky.

At the same time, the lawyer Anufriev noted, the “conversations” with Natalia were never decorated in the manner established by the Code of Criminal Procedure - in the case they are presented as “explanations”. At the same time, the lawyer indicated the information sufficient to accuse Dmitriev, Zavadsky could not be obtained from Natalia - the girl only stated that she was “disgraced”.

According to Anufriev, Frollenkov, the grandmother of Natalia, gave the girl to the shelter when she was 3 years old, and was not interested in the fate of the child, while in January 2017, a month after the arrest of Dmitriev in the first case, she was not addressed from guardianship. Dmitriev himself in an interview with "7 × 7" said that Frollenkova worked in the very orphanage from which he took Natalia.

Now Frollenkov as a guardian receives 16 thousand rubles a month; She prohibits to communicate with the foster father. After Dmitriev’s excuse for the first case of Frollenkov, along with the prosecutor of Petrozavodsk, Elena Askerova, appealed this decision.

In the first case, Dmitriev was charged with depraved actions, the manufacture of children's pornography (Natalia also passed through these episodes) and the storage of circumcision. On April 5, according to the latter of these accusations, the historian was given two and a half years of restriction of freedom (taking into account the term, served in jail - actually three months), and for the first two he was justified. After the cancellation of June 14, this sentence Dmitriev was under the recognizance not to leave.
