The coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters believes that the prohibited audio was posted on his behalf by Center “E”

The coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters in Vladivostok, Vladimir Dubovsky, who was previously arrested for eight days for extremist audio on VKontakte, told OVD-Info that employees of Center “E” added the prohibited material on his behalf.

Dubovsky made such conclusions based on the case materials, in which, according to him, there is a request from an employee of Center “E” to the VKontakte administration to provide him with all the information on the activist’s page, including login and password.

Dubovsky also seemed suspicious that it was the song of the football group “ArgentinA” that ended up on his page: “It feels like Tspe simply added the first song from the list of prohibited materials. Moreover, considering that I am a lawyer myself and constantly give lectures at the Headquarters for Information and Legal Security,” writes the coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters.

On June 28, in the Pervorechensky District Court of Vladivostok, he was found guilty of distributing extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Administrative Code) due to the publication of a song on a social network.

• At the same time, Vladimir Dubovsky is a suspect in a criminal case for insulting a government official (Article 319 of the Criminal Code). The case was opened after the policedisrupted the opening of a new branch of the Open Russia movement and detained five people, including Dubovsky. Then he was arrested for 15 days under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal demands of a police officer)
• As Dubovsky told OVD-Info, an employee of Center “E” explained to him that a criminal case was opened “to make it clear that we are not joking.” According to investigators, the activist, while in the KAZ of police department No. 4 in Vladivostok, insulted the officer on duty. Dubovsky denies his guilt and claims that, in fact, it was he and other detainees who were insulted on political and national grounds, for which reason they wrote statements to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office.
