Irina never abused alcohol, did not beat her son and did not lead an asocial way of life and still lost parental rights. The court at that moment simply had no other choice. For two years, Irina fought for her son. At the end of June, Vadik finally returned home
Help the constant helpAfter the death of his mother, Sergei completely stopped ceremony with her sister. He drank, cursed, then closed them with his son in the apartment for the whole day, then drove Irina out of the house and did not let it on the threshold for several days. When, after the next exile, she did not appear at home either a day or a week later, he did not look for his sister. He just handed over the police nephew and guardianship, as an ownerless. The eleven -year -old shy home boy was taken to a shelter, and then sent to a boarding school. And Irina in absentia deprived of parental rights. To find out what happened to the woman, just no one began. The brother did not submit on the wanted list, but the police and their affairs in bulk. Well, she disappeared and disappeared.
Ira grew up in an ordinary family in the center of Tver. Together with his mother, dad and brother lived in a large three -three -year -old, which dad received from the factory. We went to visit my grandmother to the other end of the city. Children loved to delve into the deposits of old things on the balcony: read yellowed newspapers, sort out buttons and listen to grandmother's fairy tales. Dad died when Irina was 14 years old, and his brother was 12. Mom worked as a cook all her life, so even in the most difficult times the family did not starve. Irina graduated from school, entered a trading college, says that she always wanted to be a seller.
While the brother was in the army, my grandmother died. Grandmother bequeathed the apartment to Irina, Ira and her mother leased her. Mom planned later, when the son returns, add one -room to her grandmother to the grandmother and equally share housing between the children. Ira already had her own family and a little son. But all their plans and family calm collapsed - after five years of service in Chechnya (first on a call, and then on a contract), instead of their friendly fun, Seryozha returned from the army. “He became some kind of soulless, empty,” Irina says about his brother. - There was money, began to drink, walked, constantly drove different girls. And then my mother got down with oncology. ”
For two years, Ira looked after her mother, raised her son and turned a blind eye to constant small dirty tricks from her brother who disliked her. He tried to be less at home, and then he left, leaving Irina and his son with all family hardships. For a couple of years he still visited and transferred money, and then started a new family and evaporated.
Irina photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDWhen the mother was gone, his brother quickly took everything into his own hands. He kicked the tenants from Irina, found others and took all the money to himself. Lyuten, threatened. During such outbreaks, Ira lived with her friend. I fought in two works so that Vadik would not need anything. Why did she not find the strength to repulse her brother, return her apartment and go there to live with her son, she herself does not know. “Would my mother be alive, it would be completely different,” Irina sighs. Once in despair, he and his friend decided to go to the temple. The girlfriend had her sorrow. Thought to pray, talk with the priest, suddenly feels better. At the exit from the temple, an elderly woman called out to them. Irina still cannot give a reasonable explanation of what happened next.
The woman began to say that you can go to a holy place where they will help. Holy people, joint reading of special prayers - and all the troubles will leave, it will be easier. “She spoke, said, and as if I was enveloped in her voice as a web. It was some kind of obsession, ”says Irina. - I knew about sects, saw on TV, read and was always sure that this would never happen to me. But it happened. "
Irina and her friend went with a woman. What kind of place it was, a sect or just a religious commune, Irina still does not know. He says that this is some kind of camp in the forest where there were a lot of people of different ages. They gathered in a circle, all together prayed, worked and prayed again. They almost did not eat, they drank some decoction. But there was no security, they didn’t force anything, they did not lock and did not demand money.
“The condition was some kind of dreary and limp. Somewhere in my head, a thought about my son fought all the time. How he is with him without me. But there was absolutely no willpower to do something or at least look for the phone. ”
Autumn changed in winter, then the snow melted and the trees were again covered with foliage. Irina says that at some point she woke up and simply clearly realized-we must get out. Although I did not really understand where it was at all and how far from home. She took her friend's hand, and they went where they looked. They stumbled upon a half-abandoned village, spent some days in the house of some grandmother for several days. The grandmother was about to explain in which direction Tver. They were brought to the farm region from Tver.
Vadim photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDWe walked on foot, from the village to the village. Then they got to some grandmother. They dragged her water from the well, helped in a local store to work on the road. “I had one headache - a child. I understood that my brother passed him. That my boy got into the orphanage, while I, like a fool, went there in a circle, prayed, ”Irina scolded herself.
And she was not mistaken. She spent more than a year in captivity of religious illusions. When I returned to Tver, my brother did not let her home, but to tell all the pleas where Vadim, laughed and said that "he knew, but would not say." Irina lived with her friend until she restored her passport. Without him, they did not even talk to her custody in the department. And all the documents remained in the parent’s parental apartment.
“I already understood that my recklessness would come to me and have to work hard to return my son. Therefore, I immediately searched for work only with official employment and white salary, ”says Irina. In the trade, work was everywhere offered without registration, and she got a job in a large regional cleaning company. He works as an operator of a web machine, removes the repair areas of several car dealerships. The work was very hard. After two shifts in a row, hands swell, legs hurt. Irina rests with his last strength, but she does not change the place, so as not to interrupt official employment and prove guardianship of the stability of the situation. At work, the courts do not know about their son, and Irina each time burns out with shame that she has to lie, why she needs a certificate. As soon as Vadik returns home and life is tired, Irina hopes to return to work in trade. “I really liked this work. It was always possible to sell what was laid by the shifters. I liked to communicate with customers. Now I am crazy with this web car just without communicating with people. But we must endure, ”Irina sighs.
The first time to go to Vadim was scared to go. Look into the eyes of the son and say "sorry". I'm sorry that happened. That I did not protect. That was not there. Vadim turned away and averted his eyes to hide tears - whether it was about thirteen years old to pour tears like a girl. And then he burst into tears, hugged her and said that he really wanted to go home. Every day they talked on the phone. Vadim complained that the boarding school has a very easy school curriculum and then he would have to catch up hard. Especially English. The fact that he became a round excellent student did not please him at all.
Irina photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDThe battle for his son came out not easy. Irina was lucky that they immediately said that she herself would not have a statement of claim, and they advised to contact the Constant Foundation. “Constant” is the only fund in the multimillion -dollar Tver region, which provides comprehensive assistance and support to families with children who have found themselves in a difficult situation. And the fund immediately connected. Tatyana Parfenova heads the key program of the Family Foundation. She is an experienced lawyer, more than once she protected the wards in the courts of various instances and is always taken up to work when legal assistance is needed, and at the same time everyday wisdom and diplomatic talent. In the return of Vadik, all resources were needed home.
The first court in July 2017 they lost. Irina was at a loss, forgot to file a request for the admission of a representative, and Tatyana Parfenova could not stand up for her at the process. And Irina herself answered the court questions uncertainly, stabbed, was lost and could not explain to the judge why she lives in a rented apartment when she has her own. Vadik remained in the boarding school. But the case has just begun. Three times Parfenova met Irina's brother, convinced, persuaded and still could reach-he freed Irina's apartment. The Constant Foundation helped to repair the apartment and re -collect all the documents for the court. They won the court. At the end of June, Vadim returned home.
