On the night of July 16 to 17 in Yekaterinburg, a royal procession was held, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the execution of Emperor Nicholas II and his family. More than 100 thousand people, led by Patriarch Kirill, passed from the temple-on-blood (erected on the site of the Ipatievsky house, in the basement of which they shot the Romanov family with a servant) to the monastery of the holy Royal Martyrs on Ganina Yama, where the remains were dropped.
