YO5. "Once the world will bend for us"

The jazz quintet Andrei Makarevich YO5 releases its debut album, which will be called "YO5". This is a project consisting of Andrei Makarevich (guitar, vocals), Evgenia fighter (keyboards), Sergey Khutas (BAS), David Tkebuchava (drums) and Timur Nekrasov (wind). The group plays songs from the repertoire of the “Time Machine” and the solo discs of Andrei Makarevich in jazz processing. Immediately after creating a quintet three years ago, the musicians went to a tour of Scandinavia-and since then they touched in Western Europe, the USA, Israel, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus ... In a record recorded in one day at the Mosfilm Ton Studio with sound engineer Andrei Levin, nine songs were included: “I draw the era of Big Lice you ”,“ she goes through life, laughing ”,“ pauses ”,“ old ship ”,“ crossroads ”,“ cardboard wings of love ”,“ time on the return trip ”and“ one day the world is bend under us ”, which you can listen to right now:

According to Andrei Makarevich, the Mosfilm Studio was chosen because of the piano-he is the best there in Moscow. Vinil’s craftswheel is now being done on Abbey Road. The YO5 plate will be a limited edition-only 500 pieces, but whether there will be a CD-type-it is still unknown. But on the Internet, an album can be listened to and even download for free.
