“In the near future, we plan to open the first such office in Moscow, not very practical - just to show people what an office is without people,” he said.

• At the same time, the head of VTB emphasized that "traditional banking institutions" will continue to work. “Many are now predicting <...> that there will be no banks, there will be only technological companies. I don’t think so, ”Kostin summed up.
• As of mid-2018, 44%of Russian bank customers use distance and online banking-and this number is growing annually: in 2017 there were 31%of such customers, in 2016-23%.

• Similar plans in 2016 were stated in Sberbank. The bank planned to use its ATMs as a cash desk of an ATM - this would reduce the costs of maintaining offices
