“In the near future, we plan to open the first such office in Moscow, not very practical - just to show people what an office is without people,” he said.
At the same time, the head of VTB emphasized that "traditional banking institutions" will continue to work. “Many are now predicting <...> that there will be no banks, there will be only technological companies. I don’t think so, ”Kostin summed up.
As of mid-2018, 44%of Russian bank customers use distance and online banking-and this number is growing annually: in 2017 there were 31%of such customers, in 2016-23%.
