Against the activist of the "Crimean solidarity" of the 21-year-old Gulsum Aliyeva, the daughter of Politzek Muslim Aliyev, the occupation authorities are fabricating the case of extremism. This was reported by colleagues of the activist in movement.

The case has not yet been opened - there is a pre -investigation check. As journalist Anton Naumluk later specified , the attention of the security forces was attracted by Aliyeva made on May 13 on a personal FB page of the demotivator repost with a text containing an unflattering characteristic of Russia. The authorship of the text is attributed to the Russian philosopher Ivan Ilyin, but this attribution is incorrect: Ilyin, which is very appreciated by the ideologists of the Putin regime, on the contrary, stood in the positions of Russian fascism.

As Naumluk notes, these statements have been distributing on the network for about five years; In addition to Ilyin, they were attributed to Ronald Reagan and Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

In addition to these statements, the demotivator contains the phrases "Russia is a country of moral freaks" and "Death to the Russian occupiers!"

The TFR checks the repost Aliyeva for the presence of Article 282 of the Russian Criminal Code in it (excitement of hatred or enmity).

According to the correspondent of the "faces", at 6:40 a.m. in the house of the Aliyev family in the village of Verkhnyaya Kutuzovka (Yukary -Shuma), a search began in the Alushta line (according to the text of the decree published by the deputy chairman of the Alushta City Court Denis Istenko, - "Inspection of the premises").

The search led the FSB with the support of riot police. All family members seized mobile phones and electronic equipment. Visiters carefully searched all the premises of the house, including basement.

Eden Semedlyaev arrived in Verkhnyaya Kutuzovka, but he was illegally refused to allow him to search.

Seydali Aliyev, the younger brother of the activist, the temperature rose. Neighbors and relatives called an ambulance.

Around 12:30 there was information that the FSB operatives took Aliyev to the Alushta town of the TFR. After more than an hour, it became known that the activist was released after a survey conducted in the presence of Semedlyaev. Aliyev refused to give explanations.

During the search, among other fellow countrymen, a resident of Simeiz Merey Kuk, the wife of Emir -Usein Kuku, arrested in the same case with Aliyev, arrived to support the family to the house. From June 26 to July 18 , Emir-Usein Kuku led a hunger strike for the release of all Ukrainian hostages of the Kremlin and the termination of political repression in the Crimea.

The mother of the activist of the nonsense Aliyeva only at 4 in the morning, less than 3 hours before the search, returned from Rostov-on-Don, where she went to the next meeting of the trial of her husband.

"Crimean solidarity" protested against the persecution of its activist. "This is not the first case of such an aggressive pressure on the activists of our initiative: Nariman Memedeminov, the server Mustafaev, Marlene Asanov are already behind bars in falsified criminal cases," the movement noted.

Semedlyaev, in the commentary, "Crimea. Realia" also regarded the persecution of Aliyev as pressure on the "Crimean solidarity", as well as the father of the activist. He added that he will appeal the actions of the security forces during the search.

The 47-year-old tractor driver Muslim Aliyev, the Imam of the Azizler community in the village of Izobilnoye (Kerbekul), the main person involved in Yalta-Alushta, Hizb Ut-Tahrir, with the Verkhny Kutuzovka. It is in prison since February 11, 2016. Part 1 of Article 205.5 (organization of the terrorist organization; from 15 years to a life sentence) and part 1 of Article 30 - Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code (preparation for forcibly seizure of power; up to 10 years) were imposed to Aliyev.

The trial on the merits of the casehas been continuing since February 14 of this year in the North Caucasus District Military Court. The process is led by a collegium chaired by Valery Opanasenko. Neither Aliyev nor five other defendants admit guilt.

Unlike most of the accused in the case contained in the Rostov UFSIN, Aliyev, as well as KUKO, is concluded in the SIZO-4 of the central head of the FSIN in Rostov, unofficially controlled by the FSB.
