In Moscow, Orest Cherchesov was detained near the State Duma building during a single picket against the authorities. This was reported by the OTD-Info by citizenship activist Mikhail Dukhnovsky, who shot what was happening in the video.

The detainee was taken to the police department in the Tver district, since, according to the police, he violated the presidential decree No. 202, Cherchesov himself said.

UPD 22:42 Oresta Cherchesov was released from the department with the protocol under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - violation of the rules of the action. This was reported to the OTD-Info by public defender Inna Kholodtsova.
