Rice. 7. Two cents - the dome with the spire of the Antonellian mass (mole Antonelliana). This symbol of Turin remained the tallest structure in Italy until 2011 (167.5 m). The building was designed by the architect Alessandro Antonelli (1798–1888) in 1863 at the request of the Jewish community as a city synagogue. In subsequent years, it was purchased and completed by the municipality of Turin for the Risorgimento Museum, restored in 1961 after a tornado (now it houses the National Cinematography Museum)
