“Rain”: the judge received an apartment in a building for those on a waiting list after a decision in favor of the Moscow mayor’s office

The judge of the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow, Aigul Shaikhutdinova, in June acquired housing on special conditions in a house for resettling people on the waiting list, Dozhd reports , citing Rosreestr and an unnamed source. In May, she decided to demolish the garage cooperative in Troparevo-Nikulino for the construction of a residential complex.

According to an extract from Rosreestr, she bought an apartment in the Presnensky district of Moscow - according to the order of the Moscow government, the apartment was removed from the auction and sold to Shaikhutdinova on special conditions. The extract indicates the name of the full namesake of the judge, but the source of Dozhd confirmed to the publication that it was she.

The elite housing purchased by the judge of the Nikulinsky Court was built as part of the federal target program "Housing" and is intended for the resettlement of those in need of preferential housing - orphans, young families and others.

The cadastral value of an apartment in the Presnensky district is 12.8 million rubles, but apartments bought by order of the Moscow government, as Dozhd notes, are usually underpriced.

Previously, Shaikhutdinova handled a lawsuit filed by the Department of Experimental Development of Microdistricts (UEZ), owned by the Moscow Construction Department, against a garage cooperative in Troparevo-Nikulino. The Moscow Mayor's Office leased the land under the cooperative to UEP, which, in turn, demanded that the garages be demolished - at the end of May, Shaikhutdinova fully satisfied the claim.
