A resident of Barnaul Maria Motuznaya (Frolova) wrote on Twitter how the case was initiated against her about insulting the feelings of believers (part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code) and arousing hatred or enmity (part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code). She learned about the case in May, when they came to her with a search, and now - less than three months later - is preparing for the first court session. The reason for the case was the pictures that the motive retained on its already abandoned VKontakte page. Maria told the Mediazone how to take all investigative actions with her as soon as possible and convinced her.

I learned that the investigation became interested in me only when they came to my apartment with a search of May 8. Mom lost the keys, and she went to work without closing the door, so the door was open. I sleep and hear how a very long time and a lot is knocking. At some point, I came up, pulled the door on the machine, closed it and heard: “Open the police!” Shortly before that, I lost my passport and they had already come to me from the police, supposedly from the OBEP, and I thought it was in the same case. That is, I opened it without any doubt, because the policeman who came, said that everything was in order, do not worry, that was all courteous. And then they flew into the apartment, showed a decision on a search, and all this began.

I was confused, I did not do anything particularly-I thought it could have some kind of joke. They went in, I have three cabinets there, but they began to open only one, the upper boxes. It all looked like a production. That is, if it were really a search, probably the whole apartment would be searched. And then they looked at one closet for a look, opened the other, and one shelf from the computer, some papers crossed. They took the computer and the phone as soon as they went, when I began to refuse to sign a search for a search. It was like from American films that there was a reflex, which cannot be signed. I grabbed the phone, and they told me to put it on the aircraft mode. That is, not only that I could not call, but also that I could not. And so they took my phone and computer from me. There was even such a trifle-I had perfumes on the shelf, they turned the capsule out of them, thinking that it was some kind of digital medium.

Then they took me to the investigation department, to some large building. It is important that they did not tell me what I am accused of what was happening at all. This is the decision that was shown to me, they poked me in the face for 30 seconds and removed, I only managed to see something about the Negroid race and the ID of my old VKontakte page. Then, when we arrived, they showed me only pictures of clergymen, all religious. I was not given an article, they didn’t give any copies, they didn’t say anything.

I was driving in a car with three operas, and the investigator was driving on another car. We arrived with the operas, went into the office, I sat on a chair, and they told me: "Tell me, admit." Naturally, I do not understand what it is about. They turned on the computer, showed all these screenshots. I looked, I say: "Well, understandable." With a joke there, with a smile. I did not even understand right away that this is a criminal case. They began to say: "Well, you are an adult, you all understand what you did." I answer: “Damn, when I kept all this, there was not even a law on the feelings of believers, that is, this is 2015 an album” (criminal liability for insulting the feelings of believers under Article 148 of the Criminal Code has been operating since 2013 - MZ).

No matter how ridiculous it sounds, there was such a technique "good and bad policeman." One in general was sitting aside. Another who showed screenshots pressed me very much, said: “Here, the girl was shouted alone, and she was put for three years, and the boy recognized everything, and they gave him public work.” They told me that this is not a criminal record, that how in the series I would walk to wash something there, and as it were all. And the second man all the time said: “Maybe the water, let's go smoke,” that is, he somehow treated him good.

At the same time, they didn’t ask me if this page was: up to the point that when I wrote a recognition, they indicated that I created a page using the iPhone 5C , which is basically stupid, because the page was created in 2009. And when I wrote all this, they said: “Oh, in 2009 [I created a page] write,” and then the time needed to indicate registration. I said: "Yes, I do not know, you are kidding, I don’t remember." To which the other went to another room, returned, and called me the time in which my page was created. That is, I wrote this, and then in the case I found extracts from MTS, there my passport is attached, so they did not ask such questions.

According to the protocol of interrogation of the motive as a suspect, the girl’s mother since childhood tried to instill in her love for the church, but she grew up an atheist. In 2016, the document says, the motorcycle entered the VKontakte page created by her in 2009 under the nickname Maria Frolova and searched in various groups of the social network “Images with the theme of rejection to the persons of the Negroid race, as well as the negative nature of the image of the clergy”, preserving them in her photo album “preserved”. “I understood that the images I posted are of negative subtext, aimed at initiating hatred and enmity in relation to a certain group of persons, but the indicated did not stop me, I wanted to place them, thus expressing my attitude to this,” the protocol of interrogation said. The same document told how the motive showed her mother a recording of the performance of the Comic’s Comedian Danila “Pop Culture”, in which he ridiculed believers, after which the mother promised to write a statement to the police, but did not do it.

It was probably not even an interrogation: they demanded recognition, I will not say to be knocked out, because I quickly broke, scared and almost did not resist. I signed recognition, they immediately called the investigator and said: "Everything is ready, come." The investigator came - by the way, together with the state lawyer. The investigator printed an interrogation, generally not asking me about anything. What was prepared there - I do not know. They didn’t ask me about anything, while she was printed everything, my lawyer who should defend me, with the investigator, discussed the killer of some kind-apparently, they again had some kind of common cause. All this is jokes, they had some kind of girl there. Well, I sat in shock all this, it is clear that they are not like girlfriends, but they communicate well.

Before the conversation with the investigator, I did not communicate with the lawyer. She didn’t even introduce herself, took it, read my confession, signed it and just sat all this time until they gave me a non -place and all these documents. She also signed them silently; The only thing she then asked if I could present a characteristic from the place of work. And I worked in VTB, and I said that I would not come to VTB with such a question, because it is ashamed and so on. To this, she replied: "Well, okay." And more than a phone number or name, even I did not even know her. That her name is Irina Servyana, I found out only from the case file.

Then the investigator said: “You can already go, I will release you, there is also a throughput system.” To this opera, who was a “bad policeman”, who showed me screenshots, he said that he needed to talk to me. The lawyer with the investigator left, I remained with these operas; He told me: “Mash, now without any protocols, without everything, you honestly say - how do you treat the visitors?” I was taken aback by such a question, I realized that this is some kind of catch, said that everything was fine, what questions, I had never experienced any hostility. He replied: "Well, understandable." And they let me go.

In the criminal case against the motorcycle there are two witnesses who told how they were offended by the girl's page. So, both were offended by the demotivator with a photograph of the participants of the procession walking in the mud with the signature “Two main troubles of Russia”, an image of a disfigured priest with the inscription “When he took a box of Kagora and wraps of the cursed”, an image of Jesus with a cigarette that produces a hole in their hands, a photo of the priests with the inscription “Citizens” Alcoholics, parasites, hooligans, who wants to work? ”, The picture with black, incorrectly decisive an arithmetic example and signature“ Black Accounting ”and the image of African Americans with the signature“ I love discount on black Friday ”. “All the images I saw insulted me as a believer, it became very unpleasant for me from the images that I saw. Also, the images of black children, namely, subscriptions to them touched me, since I felt some hatred and hostility to them, which were transmitted through images and texts, ”one of the interrogation protocols said. The second witness, as follows from her protocol of interrogation, offended, and immediately immediately began to call the center to counteract extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Absolutely all my friends, when they learned about this case, especially about the Negroid race, they were in shock, because I really love music at this race. I don’t know what to call it, in general, no hostility, there have never been any prejudices on my part, it is nothing more than a joke. There were no reasons, I never wrote anything. I don’t know whether it is or not, but it makes sense or not, my friends believe that it is connected with Alexei Navalny because I went to rallies, covered a lot of opposition on my old page, there were many subscribers and friends. The audience was very decent for our city - more than two thousand. When the police came to me, by the way, I was waiting for this question, they told me not to dig a grave and close my mouth.

I was at the headquarters of Navalny, I went to stocks, went to rallies. The last time I went to a rally on March 26 last year. Then I gave a resume, I wanted to get a job at Navalny’s headquarters, but a vacancy was busy there. Was a volunteer registered. I will not say that I was directly very active, I didn’t go to the headquarters, I agitated it anymore, advertised my position. But all this passed, I cut the ardor, the last year I did nothing like that. Maybe then they somehow noticed me. Moreover, it is very important that when Navalny came to Barnaul to the opening of the headquarters, there was a photo report, and everywhere I am very tall, and I can see me everywhere, a close-up photo. Maybe somehow it went from there, I don't know.

The only thing that was asked in the police was about May 5, when we had a rally before Putin’s inauguration. But I was not on it. They asked me: “But there was a rally, why weren't you there? There are many ours in these rallies. ” Type in civilian clothes come and monitor everyone. I say: "Well, if you were there, you had to see that I was not there." They laughed and all.

They promised to give me the phone: first on the same day, then on the 10th, and they gave it only after three weeks. The computer was returned literally a week and a half ago. On the phone I had a code-paralle, I was asked to name it. I told him, no problems arose. Then they wrote to me more about the computer, I also told them the password. My mother was called to testify after the search on May 10. We arrived with my mother, I took all the copies, the decision to initiate the case, my mother refused to testify.

The examination conducted at the request of the investigator found in the image of the holes through the holes in the palms of Jesus and the image of participants in the procession in the mud "linguistic, psychological and religious signs of expressions to society in order to insult the religious feelings of believers." In two pictures with the image of African Americans, another examination found “linguistic signs of humiliation of representatives of the Negroid race” and “linguistic signs of propaganda of the superiority of representatives of the Caucasian race over the Negroid.”

For a long time there was silence, and then, in mid -June, I was called to get acquainted with the case. This lawyer came, very negatively reacted to me. I got sick and did not want to go; The investigator said: "Come, please, we will wait." I arrived, and the lawyer said to me: “Maria, if you are just as late in court, you will be written such a fine that you will not be calculated in life.” I spilled the whole thing, I found out that there were witnesses, signed a recognizance not to leave again, I was released. A week later, the investigator called me: they did something wrong, I need verification of the testimony. I was photographed near the house where I lived at that time, near the sign with the address, and took me to the nearest police station, where I signed a non -departure subscription. The next time I was given an indictment, and that’s all. That is, after the search, I visited them three times.

The first court session in the Motuznaya case is scheduled for August 6. She hired a lawyer and will seek consideration of the case in general, and not in a special manner, so that the court evaluates all evidence and testimony of witnesses.
