Pussy Riot members were fined 1,500 rubles each for wearing a police uniform during the action "The policeman enters the game" at the final match of the 2018 World Cup. This is reported by the correspondent of "Mediazona" from the courtroom.

Pyotr Verzilov, Olga Kuracheva, Olga Pakhtusova and Veronika Nikulshina were found guilty under article 17.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (illegal wearing of a police uniform). The court also ruled to confiscate police uniforms from all four. The defender of the action participants insisted at the trial that the uniform was an integral part of the action, and Kuracheva compared the wearing of the uniform with the clothes of the actors.

On July 15, the police detained Pussy Riot participants at the Luzhniki stadium after the action “The policeman enters the game”: during the final match of the World Cup, the activists ran onto the field in police uniforms. Thus, they demanded the release of all political prisoners, “not to jail for likes”, “to stop illegal arrests at rallies”, “to allow political competition in the country”, “not to fabricate criminal cases and not to keep people just like that in a pre-trial detention center”.
On July 17, the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow arrested the protesters for 15 days. They were found guilty of gross violation of the rules of behavior for spectators at an official sports competition (part 3 of article 20.31 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
