In Zelenograd - the metropolitan exclus on the territory of the Moscow Region - the FSB, with the support of the CPE, conducted searches in the apartments of the "president of the USSR" by 56 -year -old Sergey Taraskin and his supporter of 52 -year -old Alexander Solovyov. It is reported by RBC.
“Audio and video materials were seized on the activities of the USSR organization, authorized documents, seals, typographic products,” said one of the sources of the publication in law enforcement agencies.
After the searches of Taraskina and Solovyov, they interrogated in the status of witnesses in the case of public calls for extremism (part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code, up to four years of colony), which is in the production of the FSB in the Central Military District.
Who is accused of the case, RBC does not specify. As we might assume, we are talking about the case of Yekaterinburg, Andrei Zlokazov , who calls himself the "plenipotentiary of the President of the USSR." At the end of March, Glorokazova was sent to the pre -trial detention center precisely for part 1 of Article 280 of the Code. After the arrest of the Yekaterinburg, it was reported that the case was conducting the FSB in the Sverdlovsk region, and not in the Central VO. However, if these data were correct, it is possible that in the future the investigation was transferred from one management to another. The central B combines military structures in the territories of the Volga, Ural and Siberian federal districts, and its headquarters is located just in Yekaterinburg.
In addition to Zlokazov, Peter Afanasenko from Nizhny Tagil and a certain resident of Komi, whose name remains unknown, were detained. Afanasenko in the end did not become a defendant. Meanwhile, the resident of Komi was also charged with part 1 of Article 280 of the Code. What measure of restraint was chosen to him, there was no information.
The defendants of the case were charged with the issue and newsletter from February 15 to 22, 2016 to the military units of the Ministry of Defense and the internal troops "the order of the commander of the Armed Forces of the Sverdlovsk Region for the commander and command of all military units in the Sverdlovsk region." "Order" was published on behalf of Zlokazov. The military was ordered to submit to the "authorities of the USSR." The media wrote that in case of refusal, the "commander" threatened to eliminate them as the enemies of the USSR. "
It was reported that Zlokazov declared himself not only the "commander" and "envoy of the President of the USSR", but also the "chairman of the KGB", "chief legislator", "chief judge", "chairman of the military tribunal of the RSFSR", "head of the Sverdlovsk region of the RSFSR".
Dentist Taraskin, a ruined owner of a dental clinic, called himself the "president of the USSR" in 2010. In the future, he also stated that he was the President of the RSFSR and the Emperor of the Russian Empire. All these structures, according to Taraskin, were abolished illegally, and therefore, de jure continue to exist. As the leader of the USSR, the RSFSR and the Russian Empire, he pledged to achieve their restoration de facto.
Taraskin had followers in different regions. Zlokazov, stated, began to act in 2014. For 2500 rubles, he issued “duties” to everyone “certificates of citizenship of the USSR”. At the same time, it was reported that the "citizens" were transferred to Zlokazov and his supporters - "in the maintenance of the USSR" - their apartments.
Afanasenko, a former policeman, chairman of the board of the Nizhny Tagil Health Center, who declared himself "temporarily acting head of the city of Nizhny Tagil of the RSFSR", conducted similar activities in Nizhny Tagil Afanasenko.
The media wrote that in total in Russia there are now about 140 thousand "citizens of the USSR".
Since 2014, malocazes and his supporters sent reports to various Russian government agencies in Yekaterinburg about the illegitimacy of these bodies, and also demanded from officials to pay a state duty in the amount of 500 rubles, a 1961 model for abandoning the citizenship of the USSR.
After the initiation of the Zlokazov case, it was reported that the FSB intended to demand from the Prosecutor General’s Office so that it submits to the court about the ban on the “USSR” as an extremist organization.
