The extension of a preventive measure for a period of four months is due to a large volume of investigative and operational-search measures. The defense side did not provide the results of a medical certificate of the presence of Pavlikova of the stipulated diseases. Pavlikova’s involvement in incriminated activities is fully confirmed by the materials provided by the investigator. The presence of positive characteristics did not prevent Pavlikova from being involved in the commission of a number of serious crimes related to the creation of an extremist community aimed at overthrowing the constitutional system of the Russian Federation. There are no grounds for satisfying appeals.
