The rally began on the Ob embank at the monument to Emperor Alexander III, the Taiga.info correspondent reports. This is the ninth mass protest in Novosibirsk since the submission of bills on raising the retirement age and VAT to the State Duma.
The organizer of the action was the Committee "Pensioners - for a decent life." Before the start of the event, the only congress for parking near the city of “City beginning” was blocked by police officers.

According to the editors, about 200 people came to the monument. It should be noted that this rally became known five days before the event and the organizers did not announce it until the agreement. On July 28, a rally is planned on the Pimenov Square in front of the GPNTB as part of the All -Russian Protest Promotion.
Deputies of the City Council of Novosibirsk Alexander Burmistrov, Valery Naumenko, Ivan Konobeev (all-the Communist Party) and Natalya Pinus (independent deputy), as well as the vice speaker of the Legislative Assembly Vladimir Karpov and the regional parliamentarian Andrei Zhirnov (both of the Communist Party) came to the rally.

The rally participants opposed not only against raising the retirement age. They were against increasing VAT and rising prices for fuel. “Officials with wooden hearts have a bottomless belly,” said Yuri Zimin, a representative of “pensioners for a decent life”.
The speakers call on to reform the entire system of the executive branch. “Court corruptions will receive 20 trillion rubles, robbing pensioners,” said Viktor Sorokin, coordinator of the “We Against Corruption,” coordinator.
Sorokin also called for the election of the Novosibirsk governor, because there was no alternative to Andrei Travnikov candidates.
“The sticky tentacles of world capitalism broke the country,” Zimin, who was led by a rally. - If the people do not have power, then power has a people <...> pension reform is flowers, then there will be serfdom. The State Duma adds pepper to the Russians so that they do not sleep sweetly. "
The deputy of the School Andrei Zhirnov recalled that the Communist Party of the Communist Party submitted documents on the conduct of a referendum on pension reform to the CEC, and on July 27 the election room would decide. He believes that the current authorities are “scary”.

“In 1941, we had an enemy. And now the enemy is within the country. Lenin called such radishes, ”said Arkady Bulatov, a representative of the Left Front.
The rally participants demanded the resignation of the Government of the Russian Federation and the dissolution of the State Duma. Recall that all the Novosibirsk deputies of the State Duma, except for United Russia Viktor Ignatov (did not vote) and the communists of Vera Ganzya (was against), supported both the increase in retirement age and the increase in VAT.

Independent deputy of the City Council Natalia Pinus, who takes part in many protests, presenter Zimin as follows: “About such [the character of the Caucasian captive] Saakhov said the Komsomolskaya Pravda and the beauty. She will stop the horse and will enter the burning hut with him. ” The woman went on stage with the poster “I am against the pension reform” and compared the bill with the swamp.
The representative of the Cossacks also spoke: “Cossacks with you, we will protect you. LOW! "
The communist Burmistrov recalled that even since 1991, times have changed, "money burned out." “And“ Gazprom ”and“ Rosneft ”receive benefits for decades,” he added.

“Moscow whims select the road from the young and honor from the elderly,” said Valery Naumenko, deputy of the City Council. - This is not a reform, it is a lot of money from the people. State Duma shame, and Medvedev resigned. "
Former deputy of the City Council Anatoly Cossack is still sure that "the liberals are to blame." They, according to him, brought the country "to such an economy and do not tell the truth." “Then they will cancel the length of service for pilots, doctors and astronauts,” he added.
Participants in the action adopted a resolution demanding to cancel pension reform. The speakers agreed that only mass protests could stop the bill.
The Government of the Russian Federation, under the leadership of Dmitry Medvedev, proposed increasing VAT from 18% to 20%, as well as the retirement age for women from 55 to 63 years, for men - from 60 to 65. The State Duma of members of the United Russia faction in three reads approved the first bill and in the first reading - the second. Russian President Vladimir Putin, answering a question about pension reform, did not directly oppose her: the question is “sensitive” and he does not like any of the proposed options, but we need to think “about prospects”.
In the cities of Siberia, protests are held, the most massive so far gathered about 5 thousand people in Omsk. The largest rally in Novosibirsk collected more than 1.5 thousand participants.
