The new case of Anarchist Romanov went to court

A new case of anarchist Ilya Romanov was transferred to the court on a fabricated charges of placing a video of jihadists in Facebook from a colony. As reported by the OVD-Info, citing the lawyer of the political prisoner Oleg Zaitsev, this happened in May. Romanov is serving a nine -year term in the Mordovian colony on charges of terrorism.

The case will be considered in the Volga District Military Court.

At the disposal of the ATS-Info, the interrogation of the FSB of Mitochkin, who fabricated Romanov, was at the disposal of the interrogation of the FSB: he admits that he established wiretap in the LPU-21 hospital room in the village of Barashevo, Tengushevsky District, where Romanov was located-it was conducted from February 4 to May 15, 2017. The security officer also admits that Romanova’s neighbor in the house of Zhuravlev, from whose phone, the political prisoner went to the social network, was his informant. The same follows from the testimony of Zhuravlev himself. Mitochkin in gratitude to Zhuravlev left him his phone number for communication in case of his informant problems with other prisoners; They periodically called up.

As Mitochkin points out, he decided to organize Romanov’s wiretap, after observing the Politzekom in the Mordovian IK-22, he came to the conclusion that he "leads the conversations among the convicts, in which he expresses dissatisfaction with the current government, namely V.V. Putin, demonstrates caricatures on the president, supports the overthrow of the constitutional system in any way." Romanov was placed in LPU -21 under the pretext of detecting his fistula - at the same time with the opening of a new case, he was discharged, indicating that the Politzek was not sick. Mitochkin admits that in the colony it was impossible to wire: "For technical reasons and in connection with a large number of people in the living room, it was impossible to obtain good quality audio recordings there."

Zhuravlev is serving a deadline for drug smuggling from South America. "For the organization of drug trafficking in especially large sizes, he was convicted of more than 20 years. Politsyk is charged with part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code, which provides for 5 to 7 years of the colony, on charges of publishing the video "Invitation to Jihad", posted on his FB page on May 3, 2017. The publication, stated by the FSB, Romanov accompanied the commentary "with the Putin Slvali should be fought by any means." This comment is claimed, the Politzek "mistakenly hid the privacy settings from other users."

In the testimony in the case, Zhuravlev stated that by jihad Romanov implies a war with the current regime and forcible seizure of power.

The video is posted on the FB page Voldemar Putiniana, which Zhuravlev registered for the Politzek and then at his request he himself posted publications there. Romanov actually does not know how to use electronic equipment: in December 2012, he was released upon departure of a 10-year term from a colony in Ukraine, and already less than a year, in October 2013, he was detained in Nizhny Novgorod about a terrorism case. With the help of Zhuravlev, he posted on the Internet political carications on Vladimir Putin and video recordings of the vuduist rites, which the anarchist conducted with candles and a Putin figure of Putin - their goal, explained Romanov, was the "death of Kesar Vladimir." Romanov denies his involvement in the placement of an Islamist video - he suggests that Zhuravlev or security forces did it. Romanova’s neighbor used the account for personal purposes - in friends the user Voldemar Putiniana has a father and son of Zhuravlev, with whom Romanov himself is not familiar.

According to Romanov in a letter from the OVD-Info, Mitochkin achieved the discovery of two more cases against prisoners serving a sentence in the Mordovian colonies. "For each of these cases, Mitochkin picked up 10 false witnesses from among the convicts, at all costs striving for parole or in a different dependence on the administration of the correctional institution," he says.

Thecompletion of the investigation in the Romanov case became known from the Mediazone and the OTD-Info in early April. On April 6, the senior investigator of the Mordovian FSB brought Romanov the accusation of the final edition. The surname of the investigator of the OTD-info did not specify. Earlier it was reported that he was interrogated by an official by the name of Makeev .

At the beginning of this year, one more was added to this initially imputed charge - in part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of religious hatred), the sanction of which is up to 5 years. However, in the future, a new charge from the case was excluded - as the FSB explained, Romanov’s intent could not be proved to commit this “crime”.

The new case of Romanov was excited in June last year. On June 27, investigator Makeev arrived at the Politsyk, which was contained in the PCT (internal prison) IK-22 strict regime in the village of Lepley of the Zubovo-Polyansky district of Mordovia, and tried to interrogate it. Romanov refused to testify, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution, and demanded a meeting with a lawyer. Three days later, on June 30, the anarchist was transferred from a colony to Saransky SIZO-1 for the production of the investigation.

On the Internet, information about the case appeared on July 3, on the day of the 50th anniversary of the Politzek . Details became known at the end of the same month, and additional information appeared in the current publication of the OTS-Info.

On May 3, 2017, Zhuravlev several times offered a neighbor in the hospital ward to go on the Internet. As soon as Romanov opened his page, operatives broke into the ward window. Politsyk did not have time to leave the account.

Romanov was immediately sent to the schizo, and later returned from the HPP to IK-22 and there was placed in the PKT.
