International "Network". Parents of anarchists against the FSB

In the criminal case of the terrorist community "Network" 11 anti -fascists from Penza and St. Petersburg are taking place. Many are already used to the news about the toe of the accused, violence and threats. The defendants themselves and their loved ones will probably never get used to this. Relatives of the anti -fascists united in the Parental Network Committee. They are trying to do something that can help their family.

The FSB claims that the "network" is an international organization. In addition to Penza and St. Petersburg, the conspiracy cells were allegedly created in Moscow and the Republic of Belarus. But neither in the capital nor abroad the arrested in this case is still. At the same time, the “parent network” can be called international - in addition to Penza, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Novosibirsk, the Committee has a representative office in the city of Petropavlovsk in Kazakhstan, where Viktor Filinkov’s mother lives.

Members of the parent committee have already taken part in two press conferences-in April and in May . They created a chat in a telegram, where they discuss current news and exchange opinions, share impressions of the courts and actions of the investigation, and simply support each other. In addition, parents seek the reaction of supervisory authorities and human rights activists close to power to statements about torture - they write statements to the apparatus of the Commissioner for Human Rights and the Presidential Council, complaints to the Investigative Committee and the Bar Chamber. In March, it all began. There was the penultimate extension of the arrest, a court in Penza.

I went to look at Ilya (Shakur- OVD-info ). She knew that there would be human rights activists and journalists. I just went to the people gathered at the meeting, and asked for help. There was Lev Aleksandrovich Ponomarev (the leader of the Movement "For Human Rights" -ATD-Info ). He responded and offered to meet in Moscow.

I did not know any of the human rights activists, I did not know where to go, to whom to turn, since I had never concerned it. And when they discussed this with her daughter, she pulled me all the time: “Mom, well, wait, maybe we will harm, maybe we will do it worse.”

We came to Leo Aleksandrovich with her husband and said that we simply do not know what to do. We had a lawyer. But the lawyer did his job, and we, parents, sat and did not know how to help. We were told: “Take the pen and write down. The first thing to do is unite with all parents. ” After that, I began to look for phones. Gradually phoned everyone.

Shakurskaya could not get through to Lena. I wrote to her SMS: I am such and such a mother, I want to communicate, if you want-write. She immediately called me back. Probably everyone was waiting for this. It was necessary. We have a common trouble, and all this brought us closer. The first time we gathered at Leo Alexandrovich. Lena arrived. She only heard the whole truth. Grigoryan (former lawyer Ilya Shakursky- OTD-info ) told her a completely different one. She was greeted by the Pchelintsevs (relatives of the accused Dmitry Pchelintsev- OTD-info ), began to communicate with her, to tell. Lena even became bad from what she found out.

We try to hold together. It happens that it rolls so, it becomes hard. Yes, there are friends. But I can call with this, for example, light (Pchelintseva- OVD-info ) or Lena (Bogatova -OVD-info ), I know that they will understand me. Because it is close to us.

We had a lawyer Grigoryan. He said, warned that I would in no way communicate with the relatives of other guys. He said: “We each protect our own. There will be nothing good from this communication. ” I listened to him.

In March, I saw Andrey Chernov's mother. And at the insistence of Grigoryan, I did not even approach her, did not talk to her. Then doubts began to arise. I wanted to talk to someone. Probably, God sees us - just in those days Chernova wrote to me SMS. We phoned. And I went to Moscow without telling the lawyer. We met with human rights activists, began to discuss everything, talk about children.

One in such a situation is very difficult. But now we are together. You understand that not one and that our boys are not alone there. Basically, it's all for them. And we put these T -shirts in court so that they saw that we were fighting. We went together to all the courts so that they saw that we were all together.

At first I was an "adequate mother." I was friends with the investigator. We talked, the investigator spoke unflattering about other parents. Grigoryan invited me to see Ilya for “necessary” conversations. The investigator talked with me: “If you are a normal mother, you must convey to him. If, as you say, you have a good relationship ... ”Then they gave me ten minutes to see him.

In February, when Ilyusha signed that they did not use torture, I saw him. Together with the uncle, we persuaded him to sign. Well, of course, we did not understand anything. Grigoryan said: “It is necessary that he sign everything. I work for you. It is necessary that Ilyusha does not wander and sign everything that I give him. ” He put his eyes at me, says: “Mom, what are you doing? I am not to blame for anything. " And I to him: “Well, sign it, otherwise you will be worse. And it will be worse for me - I won’t see you. ” Egoist. I plunged in my grief. For the sake of pity for his son, something pushed to. And they used me. On, see it - just let him sign. On, hold his hand.

Now psychologically easier for me. I feel the strength in myself, the confidence to go forward, to save the guys from these paws. I have no friends as such. At first they called, found out. But then less and less. I don’t know, maybe they are afraid of the FSB? They are afraid to call me once again because they know that my phone is listening.

But I felt how many friends had a lot. I communicate with the "parent network" and with Ilyushin friends. Who are not afraid of anything. We talk on the phone. They come to our granny, help. The garden is pouring, they go to the store like Timurovtsy straight. I look at them - and cry with joy.

It was like snow on the head. I was written by the wife of Victor, Alexander. I was ready to go this minute, but they kept me, they advised me that it was better not to appear in Russia yet. I live in Petropavlovsk - this is Northern Kazakhstan, quite ahead of Omsk. To the border with Russia 60 kilometers.

Then I could no longer, she said: "Well, that's it, I'm going, what will happen." And went to Petersburg. Everyone was surprised that they gave me a date. I was the first that Dali was. But there was so little time ... It was so hard, through the glass ... He said: "Mom, they tortured me." I saw a scar from him. He said to hold on to. To reasonably react to what is happening.

I have never been interested in politics. But now I am interested in - Russian and Kazakhstan, and I read all the news long. Where are some incidents, whom they are tortured, who is stipulated, whom they are covered. I read everything about what is happening somewhere, associated with anti-fascists and anarchists.

I think: “Well, why don't I live in Russia? Why don't I live in St. Petersburg? " Now I can’t get over: documents, register, temporary residence permit is difficult. My most sick place is that God forbid they will close the entrance.

This condition is terrible, which everyone survived when you suddenly find out that your son was arrested, and such ridiculous accusations. And it is not clear at all what you can do - a wall into which you can fight your head. And very quickly you begin to understand that you are completely powerless.

I got into the "Network" when there were already quite a few participants. I was completely crushed then. It seemed to me at first that it was a movement for the sake of a movement, just not to go crazy. But then he began to notice that this gives some results. And then he completely moved away from his original state. And I began to do something, think, discuss. The participation of the "network" saved me.

This is a chat in a telegram. In contrast to the "network" that the FSB was invented. We do not hide: we have a "network". If you think that our children organized some kind of criminal “network”, then we also have a criminal, probably “network”.

Our actions give, perhaps, a small result, but so, a drop by drop, a desire to do something is gaining to improve the conditions of the content of the children. The publicity saved them. There is no question of liberation, we think that they just survived.

Here with my son, how did it happen. I saw him at the first extension of the term, a month after the detention. I saw how he came. Gray, beaten. Fresh hematomas on the head. It was evident that this could not continue for a long time. And his friends came to the next meeting. There was thirty people. And when he saw everyone, he was happy. After that, a new stage began. It became clear that he would at least be alive.

For me, it was a turning point. When the publicity began, it just saved my son. And now I'm afraid that she will weaken. And the guys will be in isolation again. This nightmare will begin again. Therefore, I never refuse an interview.

I go out to the picket every Friday. There were doubts, especially when there was a championship. On the first day there was a feeling that I was just preventing people from rejoicing. But I decided to go further. Each time, something unexpected is happening. Here the guy came up. He says: “I don't know anything about the“ network ”. Then he walked away, looked, apparently on the Internet, returned. I told him about other guys. He says: “I actually do not share these views ...” I answer him: “Now it doesn’t matter whether you are left or right. It is important that you have some views and this is an occasion to arrest you, to blame you for something. ”

The Parental Network is already like a family. We agreed that when this lawlessness ends, we will meet all together. Everyone became relatives. Victor (Filinkova- OVD-info ) has a mother in Kazakhstan, and my wife had to run in general, so I give the transfer to Yulik-and I pass it to Victor. I really want to meet them. From the outside it may look like a game, but we need to stay afloat. It is important to do something. And illuminate everything that happens.

Arman is very sick with a serious chronic disease. It is not necessary to torture it. His first testimonies for ten years pull. He spoke to himself, not so much on others as on himself. He was taken from Peter to Penza. They opened the doors in the forest, pulled it out. They promised to bury. The night was taken, and in the morning they led for the interrogation of the investigator. Under such a press, anyone will say anything. I will say that Kazan took and exploded the chapel.

I kept secret this story for friends and relatives. But after the NTV film, everyone began to call, round eyes to do. Even the news reached the school of the younger brother of Arman. This has increased our forces hundreds of times. Uniting, we are not everyone for our own, but for all the guys. We are completely strangers and unfamiliar people-philoran children-love as our own. The soul hurts for each. I think it's wonderful. A whole team of practically relatives fights for each guy. And what can the parents stop? Nothing.

In general, this is terrible - what is happening. We do not want to, but we must somehow live with it. And to help children. Therefore, when one mother has a minute of weakness, she can call another - and that one has opposite emotions, and when a person hears support, this is important.

We are the parent committee. We are engaged in supporting each other. Here we live in Moscow. The son sits in Penza. Parents who are in Penza go to our children ... Children, it happened, we already have everything in common. Here we were in Penza and gave all the children everything at the same time. If we talk with the head of the pre -trial detention center, we are talking immediately for all children.

All this helped us and our children. We are moral support. When you are sitting alone in a closed room and do not know what is happening to your child - this is one. And when all the parents gathered, you are discussing everything, and the overall picture consists of small facts, and it becomes more or less clear what is happening-this is another.

In my opinion, publicity is very useful. This is confirmed by the actions of the investigator Tokarev-if Tokarev is uncomfortable from this, if Tokarev is angry because of this. As he said: "In vain you have raised all this, you would have already sat down for a long time." Accordingly, if he is bad from this, then I feel good. I went to the Penza Investigative Committee.
