They were planned to be checked for extremism and illegal campaigning. It was possible to get everything back only by court order.

“As a result, the police decided to terminate these materials. The police decided to terminate the case, but not to return the products. Allegedly, examinations and study are needed. I went to court, for almost a year there was a trial. Today I received 26 boxes, but in the warehouse of the Ministry of Internal Affairs there are still a couple of packs of those leaflets that were seized from the volunteers. Apparently, we will separately understand,” Bespalov said.

In addition, the opposition supporter intends to file a lawsuit to recover non -pecuniary damage to the police. Since the court proved that the owner of campaign materials is Bespalov, he intends to demand compensation for property and moral damage.
