In the village of Belogorsk, the residents of the Kemerovo region went to the picket, demanding to repair the local boiler room. Due to the interruptions in the work of the boiler room, people have no hot water since May, and last winter they froze without normal heating. About 3 thousand inhabitants live in the village.
“In our apartments, the temperature dropped up to 9 degrees, the batteries were a little warm. They survived as they could, bought electric heaters. Well, how much can you live like that? We already turned to the administration of the Tisa district, and now,” said Anna Boyko, a resident of Belogorsk.
As the deputy head of the Tisa district for the housing and communal services of Kadyr Khametov explained to the correspondent "Siberia.real", local residents asked for help repeatedly. “They go to us every day. They swear more. We explain to them that now there is a major overhaul of networks and water supply, and by September 15, everything will be ready,” the official said.
The Belogorsk boiler room was supposed to open back in 2015, but launched only last year. According to Kadyr Khametov, throughout the year, launching work was carried out on the boiler room.

In order to somehow reach the authorities, the inhabitants of Belogorsk even shot a special video published on July 31, in which they told the entire history of the construction of a ill-fated boiler room. As a result, representatives of the district authorities promised local residents to organize a joint meeting with the administration of Belogorsk and discuss the problem.
In January, about three thousand residents of the village of Belogorsk in frosts were left without heating and hot water. Due to the breakdown of the conveyor, carpetods from January 17 reduced the parameters of the coolant of the village boiler room.
