At the hearing, Timati's lawyer Sergey Zhorgin said that the video from Instagram shows that cars pass freely along the street, "and pedestrians have access to buildings, which excludes several charges."

“The time in the statement about the offense and in the protocol does not match. There are no materials from CCTV cameras in the case,” the lawyer emphasized.

Timati pleaded not guilty.
