The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined the performer Yegor Creed for 20 thousand rubles under the article on the mass stay of citizens in violation of public order. About this writes the agency "Moscow".
Timati (Timur Yunusov) and Yegor Creed (Bulatkin) climbed onto the roof of an SUV on the night of July 20-21 on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street and sang several songs. Because of this, a traffic jam formed, the agency writes. At both, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Timati was also fined 20 thousand rubles.
At the court hearing in Timati's administrative case, Timati's lawyer stated that the video from Instagram shows that cars pass unhindered along the street, "and pedestrians have access to buildings, which excludes several charges."
“The time in the statement about the offense and in the protocol does not match. There are no materials from CCTV cameras in the case,” the lawyer emphasized.
At a meeting on the case of Yegor Creed, he said that the actions of his client did not entail serious consequences. “Public order was not violated. There was a World Cup, there was a festive atmosphere, people were relaxing, they liked the performance, ”the lawyer believes. He asked the court to confine itself to a warning.
