Details of the murder in the pre-trial detention center-1 of Vladimir, after the sentence, on which the criminal case was instituted against the insulator officials

The pre-trial detention center-1 of Vladimir is the praised former Vladimir central, built under Catherine P. Although the methods of working since then have probably not changed much, the term “press khata” appeared only in 200 years-but, unfortunately, not from the word “press”, but from the verb “press”.

Jafar Alamar Ogly Mirzoev, born in 1990 in Azerbaijan, on May 16, 2016, sentenced by the Vladimir Regional Court under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional murder under aggravating circumstances) for life imprisonment, on February 3, 2017 he declared a hunger strike, protesting against his placement in a punishment cell.

About 16 o’clock, when the controllers again led Mirzoev into chamber No. 26, he cut his hands with a razor with a blade hidden behind his cheek, he had a bleeding, but he was still pushed into the chamber in handcuffs without providing medical care. Inside, the prisoner Filippov Yu.M. He dumped him to the floor, with the help of another prisoner he tied his arms and legs with a sheet, unit handcuffs in a special key, which he returned to the overseers through the “feeder”.

During the evening of February 2, Filippov approached Mirzoev lying on his stomach and struck his palm with an edge of his palm, fist, legs and rubber slippers on the back, demanding to abandon the hunger strike and sign some documents. Before the evening check, about 20 hours of the lying, they covered the sheets, and the controllers, withdrawing the prisoners from the camera, having counted and managing it back, pretended that they did not notice the “superfluous”. After the end at 22 o’clock, Filippov beat Mirzoev several times several times, ordered him to leave him on the floor tied, instructing him to follow him another prisoner, and he went to bed.

The rest of the prisoners in cell No. 26 did not reject Filippov.

They claim that they themselves went through the same procedures, during which they were subjected to beatings, torture and sexual violence.

So, with the help of “cooperating with the administration on an ongoing basis” (defeated prisoners who are on the slang), they were forced to testify for other persons, to recognizes and self -breeding, but sometimes this was also used “for prevention”.

After what happens the next day in the morning, the employees of the pre -trial detention center will also require them to testify about the household conflict between Mirzoev and Filippov, and not tell what happened really.

Filippov woke up between 6 and 7 in the morning and again began to beat Mirzoev, demanding to write a statement about the refusal of a hunger strike. After 8 in the morning, when breakfast was handed over to the “feeder” in the cell, Mirzoev agreed. Filippov ordered other prisoners to untie his arms and legs and bring him to the table. Mirzoev continued to experience severe back pain, his hands were blackened and numb. He grabbed a ballpoint pen prepared for his statement, and inflicted at least 5 blows to Filippov in the eye and in the face, and then stuck a pencil in his head, which broke down.

Filippov climbed under the bed and called for help, but the inhabitants of the camera did not interfere in the quarrel. Mirzoev pulled Filippov from under the bed and inflicted at least two sliding blows around his neck, which he pulled out from behind the cheek. Filippov was able to escape, ran to the door of the camera, began to knock on it and call for help. Mirzoev picked up a sheet at the door, which was connected before, and, having fallen Filippov, strangled him with a tourniquet from the sheet from behind. Then he himself called the employees of the pre -trial detention center, who put on his handcuffs and took it.

All this time, the video camera installed in camera No. 26 was covered with a newspaper, and subsequently, when after 3 months the investigation of the murder decided to remove the record, it was destroyed (according to the instructions for the record, a month is stored).

According to the conclusion of the forensic psychiatric examination, Mirzoev “discovers personality disorder: self-will, impulsiveness, temper, non-proceedings”, but not to the degree of insanity. The court refused to recognize in his actions the signs of the necessary defense or exceeding its limits, but accepted a partial confession of guilt as a mitigating circumstances.

He confirmed that he gave an oral instruction on the transfer of Mirzoev into camera No. 26, explaining this to the “large transit of the special contingent”, as well as overhaul in the old “Central”.
