In Barnaul, witnesses in the case of Mari Motuznaya (Frolova), accused of extremism, wrote a statement of threats against her. She tweeted about this.
Motuznaya claims that there were no threats from her side.
The girl also said that witnesses were offended by her posts on social networks. The statement contains screenshots from her page - she made reposts, where, according to her, "there were no threats, only news."
Maria Motuznaya was charged with inciting hatred or enmity (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) because of the publication of pictures on VKontakte.
She published snapshots of the testimonies that led to the case. Both witnesses write that they went to Motuznaya’s page and found pictures and texts of a “clearly extremist nature” in the public domain. Both have a sharply negative attitude towards "such texts." “By the way, two best girlfriends. They study in the corner. Accident, probably, ”said the girl.
Meduza notes that Motuznaya and another resident of Barnaul, Daniil Markin, also accused of inciting hatred because of pictures on the social network, were filed by the same people - Anastasia Bitner and Daria Isaenko. The publication draws attention to the fact that before the initiation of criminal cases, neither Markin nor Motuznaya knew these girls.
