The defendants of the “Network” are worn out from St. Petersburg in the Yaroslavl pre -trial detention center.
The first day in a new place passed under the same roof with pigs - the employees of the local insulator, who were careing about their own subsidiary farm, adapted the transit department for the maintenance of livestock.
The fact that St. Petersburg accused in the case of the “network” - Igor Shishkin, Julia Boyarshinov and Viktor Filinkov - are going to send to Penza “for investigative actions”, the wife of Filinkov, Alexander said on July 16. Specific terms, route and way of reference remained unknown. Ten days before, the Penza defendant Dmitry Pchelintsev was brought to us - he was delivered to Petersburg during the day, where a confrontation was carried out only with Igor Shishkin, who entered into an agreement on cooperation with the investigation.
On July 20, members of the PMC of St. Petersburg discovered that Igor was no longer in the SIZO-3 on ShPALERNA: the chief of the insulator announced the transfer of Shishkin by the investigator, but where exactly, he did not clarify.
On the same day, Mom Julia Boyarshinova Tatyana Kopylova arrived with the program in SIZO-6 Gorelovo (where her son and Victor Filinkov were contained). The chief of the isolator Nikolai Paygolinen, who had met her, had a week earlier, promised to transfer Boyarshinov from the center chamber to a less populated, assured that such a translation has already been made. But when Tatyana tried to draw up the program, the employees of the pre -trial detention center refused to accept her, saying that Julia was taken away this morning, where they refused to report.
The next day, Anna Osnach and Ksenia Cherepovskaya, who visited Gorelovo, who visited Gorelovo, confirmed that Boyarshinova and Filinkov were not there, reference. And no more details.
The situation was alarming, especially after Filinkov’s statements that one of the FSB officers who tried it threatened to send “in a car with specialists” in case of confessions to indicate.
In an effort to clarify the fate of St. Petersburg accused in the case of the “network” of anti -fascists, civil activists spread their network - by connecting people in different cities along the proposed route of the stage to the probe of local insulators.
The fact that all three are in the pre-trial detention center-1 of Yaroslavl managed to establish by July 25-the girl, for the luck of the Sunny to issue a program to their name, refused, indicating that the transmission contained in the transit department was allegedly not laid.
A visit to the local lawyer Filinkov and Boyarshinov was promptly organized, who reported that the stage passed without the use of violence, but complained about the conditions of detention in the Yaroslavl insulator - a fungus on the walls, the lack of hot water, walks and a bath. The only improvement for Julia could be considered a room for three to five people. And it turned out to be quite tolerably with food-perhaps, due to the conducted audit of the Yaroslavl institutions of the FSIN, after the publication of the video about torture in IK-1.
On August 3, his lawyer Vitaly Cherkasov came to Victor from St. Petersburg. As Mr. Cherkasov explained to the “new”, he learned about the location of his client from representatives of the public.

Filinkov spoke about the train, in a special car - through Pskov, the Dno station, Veliky Novgorod. In Yaroslavl, as a result, they arrived only on the fourth day. Cherkasov such a route to the alleged final point (Penza) seems strange. Like a long stay where investigative actions in the Penza Pitership cannot be carried out. Information about how long the St. Petersburg three will be kept in Yaroslavl is not disclosed. According to the approved by the Ministry of Justice, stay in the transit and piercing point should not exceed 20 days.
When meeting with the defender, two acts of Filinkov’s law polling were drawn up, in which he reported about the events that occurred before the transfer and his current content.
According to Victor, on the morning of July 21, they came to his Gorelovskaya camera with a search - while the things of the cellmate were not inspected, only his notebooks with personal records were interested. In one, he recorded everything that happened to him in the “six” - the attitude of the employees, who visited him and with what, what claims made, and also described visits to the members of the PMC, a lawyer and the Commissioner for Human Rights, and the content of these conversations. In another, there were records regarding his criminal case and tactics of protection, Victor made sayings from books and poems, as well as sketches of letters to his wife. The third contained winged phrases on Latin with their interpretation. The fourth is new English words with their translation. He used the fifth “as a prescription for writing words in Russian and English,” for exercises in calligraphy. All five notebooks were seized, and at the same time the books “English, advanced level” and “Chemistry are simple”. Formally explaining the removal of records by the fact that they have words in a foreign language.
Filinkov had no time to appeal these actions - on the same day after dinner, he was ordered to collect things and immediately sent to the stage.
In the Yaroslavl pre-trial detention center, Victor is in a special block with four cellmates.
“But on the first day it was contained in the transit department, in building No. 3, where there was an inexpressible stench and smell due to the fact that pigs contain pigs in the same building,” Filinkov said. Because of the grate, he could watch how his four-legged neighbors walk under the windows during the day. Victor himself is deprived of walks.
In response to the requirements to ensure the laid two -hour daily walk, an insulator officer told his cellmate that for such requirements it is necessary to break the glasses.
Due to dampness in the cell, Victor caught a cold and fell ill. But, from his words, "health workers do not react to oral appeals, there is no help." He complains of serious problems with the liver, stomach, osteochondrosis and aggravated psoriasis. All the attempts of his wife to convey through the Yaroslavl social activists the necessary medications were in vain.
Allegedly there is a special instructions of the authorities - "do not take medicines for Filinkov."
On the day of communication with a lawyer, Victor filed an application addressed to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Yaroslavl Region, where he "pointed to all the violations that he encountered in the pre-trial detention center-1."
The information reflected in lawyer polls will be attached to the prosecutor's office, Vitaly Cherkasov told New.
Filinkov himself has once again been trying to attract attention to the problems of other prisoners. While still in Gorelovo, he turned to the members of the PMC of St. Petersburg with a request to contribute to the restoration of the rights contained in the same place, in SIZO-6, Pavel Zlomnov and Roman Grozdov-when he found out that they were also tortured by the FSB officers. The methods of obtaining confession they described by them were painfully familiar to Victor.

“Pavel Zlomnov and Grozdov’s novel“ Three Goose ”( Article 222 of the Criminal Code, illegal turnover of weapons. - Approx. Ed. ), But this does not apply to the essence. You need to know this in order to understand the scope and ease of use of torture by the Federal Security Service, ”Filinkov writes in his appeal. - Pasha beat their heads and broke their hand. He looked regrettably, was confused [said]: “They held me, and this opera, jumped on me ... I remember all of them! Opera ... such a little, but the car was black, minivan. ” Pasha was sitting (and sitting), apparently, in the "press khata". I’m not sure whether physical pressure exerted him there, but he was subjected to psychological pressure after each meeting with a lawyer. Roma showed burns from a stamper. His legs looked very familiar to me. “In a few hours, they discharged two shockers about me. Yes, the first sat down - they got the second. Special forces and opera ... I remembered their faces. I know some of the name, is ready to identify. We were tortured at all. N on the eggs, I showed the crosses on the eggs, I did not believe that he was even shocked there ... In the case, testimonies. The investigator promises to release refuseniks for a home or subscription. Not everyone agrees ... ” - quotes Victor excerpts from the story of Roman. And he adds from himself: "The scheme of voluntary consent to participate in investigative actions is not new, even ordinary: forest - current - violence - signature."
Members of the PMC of the Leningrad Region, who visited Roman Grozdov in the Gatchina IVS on May 15 ( he, like Pavel Zllomnov, was detained on January 31, but the facts of the use of violence were not publicized ), secured his words in their act that the strokes by the electric shocker were struck in response to statements that he knew nothing mainly in the area of PAKA and the foot. " “Traces of burns are demonstrated by the formidable R. members of the PMC Commission, located in the groin and have the form of pronounced red spots.”
After placing the “building unfamiliar to him”, Grozdov kept for two days without sleep, water and food, and the restroom was allowed to visit only once. Hardening in his office, “he was threatened with physical violence, in particular they pronounced the phrases:“ Now we will find a package ”,“ Now we’ll go to stand in the cold. ” They said that they would throw his mother drugs and also put him. And he will add more accusations of murder and terrorism.
It was forced to record conflicting confessions on the phone, in which the number of accomplices and weapons that he and accomplices allegedly sold was different.
Subsequently, “from his testimonies that were given under torture, Grozdov R. refused. The protocol was not signed by his signature, ”the act notes.
In May, the mother of St. Petersburg also turned to Pavel Zlomnova, Marina Mikhailovna. According to her, the detention of her son involved employees of the Gatchina branch of the FSB in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. In the presentation of Marina Zlomnova, Paul was tortured in a car, on the way to the control of the trellis: “... they jumped along it, beaten the kidneys, head, hand ... He lost consciousness twice, asked who you are, and the operator-operative replied:“ I am your emperor! ” “And, putting his finger in his right ear, he pushed the eardrum.”
Pavel actually deaf to the right ear. When talking with him, Filinkov notes in his handling, Zlomnov carefully and then asks for what the interlocutor said, and asks to say louder: "I now hear badly ..."
In this case, the illegal turnover of the weapons, as in the case of the “network”, also refuse to confirm confessions, their lawyers submit applications for torture, but even here the investigators of the military administration of the Investigative Committee do not find a crime in the actions of the FSB officers - satisfied with the explanations that they were just adequately responded to the resistance and suppressed the attempt to try flight.
All on one pattern-going so widely that allusions by the 37th year cease to seem an exaggeration.
