“Apparently, the investigation did not dig up anything new against Denis compared to the version of the indictment that it sent last fall to the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow,” Eisman said. The Nagatinsky court then did not consider the case and returned it for revision.

“The whole revision was reduced to correcting typos, including a typo in the number of the article, according to which Denis is accused. And, plus, there was a link to the location in the case: the investigation says that Denis’s ‘crime’ was committed ‘near Lisichansk’ (without further clarification),” he clarifies.
